Love it! This app has made my life easier and I am amble to track returns more efficiently and it's easy for the customer to use as well.

So far everything good.. My customers are able to return fast and easily. Great upgrade to your store. You can customize the landing page to your liking as well. Samad from customer support helped me with all of my needs in a quick time. Great app

Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.

I'm still in the process of setting up the app, so this rating is based solely on customer support. I've contacted customer support twice and both times have had my questions answered quickly and sufficiently.

Very good and quick customer support. Asked them to remove 'powered by..' and in a minute everything was done.

Easy to use and customise. I've tried several return portals and I really recommend this one. Any problem or question is solved within minutes by the customer service team.

When the app works it's fantastic; when it doesn't work it is difficult to get consistent help on the chat app. I find that you get passed through a couple of different chat operators through out the course of a conversation, personally I find I spend more time re-explaining my problem to all the reps then actually getting an end result. Today I actually got a video call with someone and they resolved my problem in less than 30 seconds. That was FANTASTIC customer service!

Great service and the app works well. You can use their templates, but also customise all sort of things.

I've been using the app for about a month and customer service has been great. They've helped me with every issue I've had and the app looks great, very professional.

the agent was quick and very helpful in getting what I needed accomplished! I really enjoy this service and will continue to use it!

So far so good! The customer service team is so quick to respond to requests and extended my free trial for use of their platforms with my Shopify store!

Easily handle returns, fast and professionally. Easy to use and awesome customer support! Would highly recommend.

I rate the 5 stars for Samad the Customer service rep not the app. The app itself not so user friendly but Samad helped a great deal.

Great app and good customer service! Used for quite some time, makes things easier and hassle-free compared to manually organising expecting returns.

Don't waste your time, I think the positive reviews here are fake. This app simply doesn't work. 90% of the time it will only allow a customer to return, not exchange. If they do manage to get to exchange, the exchanges screen is an absolute mess, sending through every collection you've ever built in shopify (even those you have hidden), with no search function so goodluck to any customers trying to find what they want to exchange for. Return labels are avail on refunds only (not exchanges). When you contact support they have a series of infuriating auto responses. Nobody will help you. But they can't because the app simply doesn't work. Wasted 1.5 weeks trying to get this going and have now deleted.

Staff is very helpful through chat! I would definitely recommend .hey have responded quickly each time I've reached out for assistance.

I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.

We needed a returns portal features on our website. I installed the app as the reviews for the most part looked good. Straight away I tried to setup the postmen account with DPD, I had an error regarding a max character limit on ref 2, so I reached out to support. They first told me that the problem was on DPD's end and I needed to contact them. So I called DPD who confirmed this issue was with there app and that they are sending too many characters for the field ref 2. I contacted support again to explain and they said they are working on the fix. 3 days later I am still waiting for this fix, and so I reached out to support again and they have now confirmed that it will be another 4 days to fix. I would imagine they have no one using the DPD UK account with this app otherwise everyone would experience the same issue. If your expecting to install this app and set it up with DPD UK I would look elsewhere because the app is very buggy and will not display any labels. Look else where and find an alternative app for the same features. The support was always active and I was able to contact them easily enough, however I was just told that they are working on the issue.

I had some doubts and they assisted me in seconds solving the problem immediately. I recommend it, in addition to the fact that the interface is very intuitive

We have been using AfterShip Returns Center for a while now. It makes handling returns a breeze and their support team is very courteous and responsive.

True 5 star review and assisted me with installation and taught me how to use it, perfect for a novice. Looking forward to becoming a veteran as well
