Thanks for your help. I have not used the return service yet but the customer service is great. I hope to use this service often. Everything is easy to apply to the store.

We use this app so that customers can create their own returns without contacting us. It works great! We have been a customer for 4 years and the support is excellent.

I was excited to use this app but setting up the returns domain is complicated. I'm going to delete the app and look for an app that's more user friendly setting up domains. If you are more advanced setting up Cname records and things of that nature then this app is for you.

The app is working out good so far and the support is great. However, if they would allow more style customization, that would be great.
