I am still setting up this app on my website but I had some questions and Aditya was amazing at answering and helping very promptly. I look forward to seeing the capabilities of this app for my e-commerce store.

So far so good! I'm still getting everything set up. I had a quick question and Ankush helped me quickly and efficiently! This app will be a big help!

I have the app mostly set up though we haven't actively started using it yet. I had to contact support for several things and their response and knowledge was timely and very helpful.

It's been 5 days now i've been trying to get support. All I ever get is, "Please allow me to check", "Our team is checking the issue at our end ...." days and days have gone by and it's literally the same response. We've had to hack our way around dealing with exchange requests for this app, and the issue seems beyond the scope of the dev team considering they have told me that "the issue is a bit complicated". It's literally been 5 days, and I'm following up twice a day. One of the chat support told me the issue should be resolve in 4-6 hours, that was 3 days ago. Still no word, still no resolution.

The app works well. Easy to use and a lot of features. I would recommend to those that have a new startup online store.

I used this app to help me to keep order and to keep track of returns for my store. I like how I can customize the app to look like my store brand, and the process is almost automated after that. The customer service is prompt and very helpful. Thanks for making my returns process easier!!

We're an ecommerce brand out of Philly. This app has worked well for us. Simple, our customers find it easy to use. It was easy to set it up and customize. We have used it for a few years, no issues.

App would have been perfect if they didn't expect you to be a Shopify plus merchant ($2000 a month on Shopify) just to issue a store credit to the customer. NOT SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY.

They have a really quick resonse time and very friendly. The app is really good and has many options. Satisfied

This app has been a life saver. It is not the most intuitive to set up and can be a bit wonky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works great .

Support has been so terrible I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We had a great year with this app but it suddenly broke down and the support has been useless to say the least. I have been working with them in chat and email back and forth daily for two weeks and they frequently just tell me the issue is my courier account even though it's THEIR discounted USPS account that is now broken. Their app won't allow the courier to be deleted and my new personal courier accounts that have been added are not working either.

The Aftership app is very robust and is an excellent return app. Support personnel is extremely helpul.
