It work very well for my needs, easy to setup. Makes it very easy for the customers to return there products.

Getting on a call was great and a faster experience to get any questions and issues resolved. So far so good!

I have tried for a few weeks now to get the returns to work and many employees say they will help and don’t actually help. I’ve used this app for a year and unfortunately I will no longer use them for the horrible customer service and not being able to help and provide aSolution.

A great way to automate our customer return process. Reassuring, clear, and simple for the customer. Easy for us to manage once set-up, and visibility of Return Status of any order is at your fingertips. Set-up can be a bit fiddly, but the C/S Team are on hand to help and quickly get you up and running.

The app is extremely complete, and they offer support 24/7. We use Aftership only for returns and they jumped on a call with us via google meet and helped us set it up.

I RECEIVED GREAT HELP THAT WAS QUICK AND INFORMATIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP. VERY USEFUL AND HELPFUL.
