Has pretty much all of the features you need from a returns solution. We've been looking at them as we want to consolidate returns of multiple stores in one setup. Great support when setting this up

Nalinee was very helpful . I was very overwhelmed with the whole process of getting started with the app and she very patient with me. She worked me through the process and even had me share my screen so she could help. I have worked with a lot of persons from different companies and her customer service and listening abilities are great. Thankyou Nalinee.

Super confusing app with waaay too much information to understand and set up. I installed for an hour and then gave up and asked for a refund which was like pulling teeth.
