Resolving it required about an hour of collaboration between Zendrop and TikTok, as the disconnection couldn't be handled directly within Zendrop. Both representatives remained patient and persistent, ensuring all questions were addressed and solutions explored. Ultimately, TikTok resolved the issue, but the teamwork provided valuable insights. If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice. The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production. To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous. UPDATE 11/25 Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management. Avoid at all costs. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you've faced and the frustration caused. I mean this with absolute sincerity, this is the best customer service I have ever received. I had the pleasure of speaking with Merjerrie (Merj). She worked with me for over an hour, problem solving, finding work around, and ultimately solving what seemed to be an impossible problem (we were fighting we a glitch that occurred when I tried to connect platforms). She was patient, understanding, kind, and attentive. If she is a reflection of the company’s values and approach I’ll never stop singing it’s praise!

my zendrop can't not be used. who shall I refer to? I tried many ways can't use the ai. storebuilder. I tried uninstall the app and try to restore and reconnect. But it says Your account XXXgmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.then I follow the step and start another account but now it says Zendrop allows only one active store connection.
