Excellent Customer Service Experience with Zendrop - I’ve had a great experience with Zendrop so far. I encountered an issue with my business in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 AM, and didn’t expect a quick response from their customer support team. To my surprise, I received a reply within moments. The representative was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue in just a few minutes. Zendrop’s service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly impressed and very satisfied!

Too early. They are still working out details. Support is very confusing to work with. They will give your 3 answers to one question. I'm going to try to work with them, but very close to leaving. This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it. We're really sorry to hear about your negative experience. Zendrop is the best for dropshipping, thousands of products available. But what I like the most is customer service. Very friendly and really helpful. And they take less than 1 minute to get back to you!

I am very satisfied with the support. I had an issue with an order that just came in, as it wasn't showing up in the Zendrop "Orders." I contacted support and received a very quick response from the lovely Jo Anne, who was able to provide me with an answer right away. Thank you for the help. Zendrop Customer service and chat system is fantastic! Very helpful and quick! The App I am just learning, and they are great at answering all my questions! They also sourced a product for me in so quick it was awesome! Lots of cool features and print on demand as well.
