Saw nothing but great things about their support. Well, I signed up got stuck and just had my first interaction with "Zendrop Jacob." Everything I knew about their support was 100% accurate! Jacob was patient, detailed in their answers, and very professional! I say all this because I was a customer service phone rep for over 25 years, and I will go the distance for fantastic support and/or services as a consumer.
