Great customer Service. I somehow opened two accounts, one was a plus account and the other was basic. i was doing everything on the basic account, that could be why things weren't working right lol. Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! Zendrop is truly an easy and amazing app to use. I do suggest that begginers do a lot of research about all the fees before jumping head on in like the tiktok videos suggest.
