I've tried and tested numerous delivery / pickup apps and Zapiet is by far the best option. Worth the high price 100%. The support team is also very amicable, knowledgable, and fast. Recommend to anyone who is serious about their order management / delivery program.

app doesn't work, it doesn't allow products to ship local even when zip code is correct, when I uninstall the app it remains some code and my website now is not working. don't use it, avoid a headache.

This app is great, it is able to integrate with so many other of our apps. Moreover, the support team is absolutely amazing! They are willing to go above and beyond to help make things work for our project. Would strongly recommend this app.

Wonderful app, does exactly what we want and great not having to have the time slot for pickups mandatory, as some other similar apps do. We have used this app for awhile and it's worked very well. Had an issue recently and Pamela Toni was extremely efficient and helpful and sorted the issue for us. Most happy!

This app has made it possible for us to add a pick-up option as well as our standard delivery, and a lot of our customers are using it. There was a small bug when we switched Shopify themes, but the customer support was fantastic and the bug was fixed within a few hours - massively recommended!

Very nice app but slightly difficult to get it up and running, but fortunately support team is very helpful and very responsive. App is very customisable you can have certain products delivery only and certain products pickup only, and also customise delivery distance and rate.

I recently got this app, the customer support so far has been excellent, it's an easy to use app however if you aren't sure on something the customer support team are there to help :)

The best delivery app around, 5 stars. Rock solid support, too. :) Best thing is, they keep working on the product which is great, because we're already using most of its features and might require more soon. :)

Update 2 (8/2020): The Zapiet team has continued to make progress and improvements, increasing reliability and quality of service in the last few months, and we appreciate their commitment and assistance. Zapiet is certainly the best pickup/delivery system on Shopify I'm aware of! --- Update 1 (4/2020): After 1 week of launching, noticing a large number of bugs: 1] dropped delivery orders 2] dispatched orders that remain unfulfilled in Shopify 3] widget doesn't dynamically update when cart items are added/removed Support team unfortunately hasn't been responsive in getting these issues fixed and our operations team is suffering. Good luck. --- Love the Zapiet team & product. We were able to push out delivery + pickup service to our store in just a few days which really helped when the pandemic hit. The entire team is extremely helpful & supportive - this is the app to choose for adding pickup / delivery to your Shopify store.

Very helpful to install the app on my theme, I received all the help needed. The app is neat and looks very professional on my store.

Great APP. I use it for effective pick & delivery dates, times & rates. It works really well. The only downside is you can't use the buy now button.

Zapiet have created a very comprehensive app with Store Pickup and Delivery. We did test drive every pickup and delivery app in the app store and none came close as far as functionality, documentation and presentation. We have had an extremely positive experience with Zapiet Customer Support. They respond in a timely fashion and have gone the extra mile to help us out with every query and request. Highly recommended!

The App has helped us launch Curbside & Delivery services on the fly during the pandemic. We started using the app in April 2020. We've run into lots of issues with it, particularly for customers at checkout, and it has taken a lot of work to repair. Since Zapiet doubled their support staff in May, they have been very responsive to our issues and have helped us resolve nearly all issues. Staff are always friendly and eager to help via email. We are hopeful things are close to running much more smoothly to make these services more manageable for us. Thanks Zapiet team.

I used this app to organize my store's checkout process. Since we are a flower shop that delivers locally and also ships nationwide and offers store pickup, the delivery options can get complicated alone, but especially because our products are normally for specific dates. This app works great once you get the hang of it, but the real 5 stars lies in the team that has responded to my (many many) questions and doubts in an extremely kind, efficient and helpful way. I would recommend this app to anyone that owns their own business and want to offer local delivery or in-store pickup. They are great at helping you out when you first get started to make sure that everything is set up correctly and working as well. If you ever have a problem they are on it right away.
