This app is pretty confusing, especially when paired with the general confusion of Shopify itself, but the customer service is really wonderful. I talked with Lisa for over an hour on the chat function and she was wonderful and so helpful.

Support is helpful and awesome. The app allows transparency for our customers and lets them choose their delivery/pick up times.

This app is awesome. It met all of my needs for setting delivery area, price minimum, and set specific delivery needs. However, their customer service is hands down the best I have experienced. I have not been let down once from any of the Zapeit team but am consistently and pleasantly surprised each time that I chat with them as they help improve my shop with their recommendations as I go. Thanks, Zapiet team, you guys rock!

I think this app is really going to allow me to do all of the things I've been hoping to do (with the added Delivery by Distance app)!

Highly recommend this app. As a florist, this app makes it so easy to manage local pickup and delivery and the support has been so prompt and helpful--truly above and beyond.

Took a while to get it up and running but Jessica is the bomb. She made it happen for us.. You can customize it pretty slick. And for that reason, we love it.

A must have. This is one of the most professional app we found and use. For us it combined three main features by offering the option of pickup & delivery (as well as shipping) + date and time picker + rates by post code / zip code. Basically does the job of three different apps, but better. The interface is excellent, as well as the customer experience it provides. A logistical solution that we now swear by. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely fantastic! It comes with a free setup call and we had the pleasure to be helped by Marija who was extremely helpful by listening and understanding our needs. She set up the app for us in order for it to perform at its best for the logistical system of our business.

Really helpful support and the app does everything it's supposed to, and has even more functionality that has been a huge help that we weren't expecting. Highly recommend!

Everything you need and more for shipping, local delivery and pick up. These guys think of everything. Most of all they are by far the best support team I have come across on any app. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: We have been using the app now for just over a month, and it is really great. And their support continues to be fantastic! Our store is really complicated, offering local delivery only to a certain zip code, and only one to two days each week, with cutoff days and times to order. SO configuring has been complicated. But they have walked me through it and I am very pleased. Very responsive and able to help me quickly with online chats and, if needed, follow up emails. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Haven't used the app YET, as we are launching delivery in a couple of days... but the customer support is PHENOMENAL!!! Flora & Ronan were very patient and answered all of my questions and solved all of my issues.

I absolutely loved speaking to Maria! She was kind, and helped me through all of my questions promptly. Honestly if I knew her face to face we would definitely grab a coffee together LOL! Seriously , I don't know why I didn't bring up my questions to her sooner , My website is working like a charm now. Thanks again!

This app is great. We use it across 5 different stores. Customer service is unbelievable - they're always available on chat and field questions and help to sort things out very quickly.
