Absolutely awesome service EVERY single time. I would pay triple for an app with this type of support over a better free app. Trust me, you wont go wrong.

Coming to the end of our free trial is was an easy decision to keep this app on permanently. The features handled many of our shipping issues with the added benefit of adding pickup options. The customer support team has been very quick with responses and straightforward about the abilities of the program. They even went so far as to add custom features required for a few of our products. 5 star recomendation all the way.

We use this app for almost 3 years now, and we are very happy with all the possibilities the apps has. It works simple and saves us a lot of time in handling our orders. Also the help we get when we have a question is great!

I loved working through chat with Klaudia. At first I was fearful it wouldn't be as useful and easy/friendly as having someone on a call but to my absolute surprise it was amazing! She managed to resolve all my issues in no time and saved the day. Give her a 5 star rating.

We tried this app for its additional robust pickup and delivery features that Shopify doesn't have in its out of the box state. It's a little tough to get everything set up correctly, but Zapiet's support and documentation / help articles are the best! Highly recommend!

This app makes it possible for us to custom tailor delivery windows for our products, and the customer support is consistently super helpful and responsive.

The app is pretty good and works as intended, but the REAL highlight is the stellar support team. They're always super helpful, thorough, and willing to investigate and figure out creative solutions to my unique shipping/delivery needs. They're also very proactive and have helped me with related tickets as well.

We use this app to designate store pickups in our growing list of branches, and adding new stores is a breeze. We found an issue where our store hours on the app didn't reflect hour actual hours - I reached out to the support team and Stephane was able to provide a solution within minutes. Awesome app that satisfies almost all my needs! They are frequently updating the app, so I hope they can broaden the features even more in the future. One downside is that the FAQ site does not cover much, but the people at Zapiet are very fast to respond when I need help!

Well I have to say that Zapiet has the best support team I have ever experienced!
