I love this app, it provides functionality that Shopify's native pickup option does not (like allowing pickup from any location, not limiting the locations based on quantity). Their support team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and quick! I really can't recommend it enough, they go above and beyond to provide a great app, and great service.

I am using this app to coordinate local deliveries, shipping and store pick up and make life easier. The app elegantly integrates with Shopify and offers tons of customization. The customer support has been incredible so far, fast and efficient.

The app generally does everything we hoped it would be. There are a few hiccups here and there but support has been very helpful at those times.

I havd a problem withthe app and Clemency was great, figured out the problem straight away and showed me how to fix it. They were very helpflu.

I use this app to help a lot of local pick-ups and delivery businesses. I really like how it does y, it would be nice if it did z better

Still learning some of the features but so far it helps sort and coordinate orders and deliveries much better than Shopify. Hopefully in the future they will add a date-style that includes the name of the associated weekday, as shown with the order itself, but not on the packing slips or csvs. Jessica was super helpful and patient in working out a lot of the kinks, which is great, because I'll probably be talking to her again as we learn how best to optimize the app.

It's so refreshing to be able to talk to a real person when there is a problem. I submitted my chat request and was immediately greeted by a knowledgable and friendly associate. They were able to fix my issue within minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Das einzig Gute ist der Live Chat. Es soll 29$ Dollar kosten und wir benutzen eigentlich nur 20% Der App, weil der Rest unbrauchbar ist. Nur Englische Sprache verfügbar. Adressen werden nicht als URL hinterlegt, weil es nicht möglich ist sagen die Mitarbeiter. Wir können eurer App benutzen, wir müssen alles umbauen und wenn man beim Umbauen nach Hilfe fragt, wird einem geanwortet " Das ist nicht möglich " Kundenservice geht anders.

I manage a locally owned juice bar in Texas. This app is perfect for our needs as we offer delivery on some items and pickup on others. We're able to customize pick up times and days as well. Jessica with the customer service team has been phenomenal about answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. It has taken a few days to get everything sorted but that's only because I'm battling with a lot of existing coding on my site. Otherwise it would have been much quicker to implement. I highly recommend this app!

I hate the limitations on checkout page (shopify limitations) but I have to admit that Zapiet has one of the best customer supports I ever had. I reccomend
