Zapiet is working great for our store, we had some issues with the rates by distance, and also an issue with the checkout process, but gave Flora from customer service access as a collaborator and she fixed it in about 15 minutes. Outstanding customer support, so far we havent found a problem they couldnt/didnt fix.

I've been using store pickup + delivery for 3 years and it just keeps getting better. Great support, does exactly what I need it to do.

*Updated as issues have been resolved* We've been using Zapiet since day 1 and it as great when we first began using it, but there has been too many issues recently. Tags are not generated properly, causing confusion between store pick up and delivery orders. This ultimately affects our delivery service's system as well. This has been an on-going issue for over 4 months now and has yet to be resolved. When asked, Zapiet attributes the cause to Shopify and vice versa. Now we are having issues with specific product preparation times--all of the prep times got removed for 30 of our products x 4 location, and when we try to update/add the prep times, they disappear. Customer support used to be quick, but recently, we've been getting responses only once per day. For the monthly price we are paying currently, it does not really justify the service received. Would revise rating if these issues are actually resolved.

This is the perfect app to use for Pickup. There was a problem that happened with my theme and Jessica was wonderful. She quickly fixed the issue caused by someone else. Wonderful app and has fantastic support! ❤️

Works great! Game changer for this small bakery! Would love to be able to have inventory marked for specific days, but other than that it works great. Admittedly, a bit of a learning curve, but all worth it in the end!

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). INCREDIBLE customer experience from Lisa. 5-stars is not enough to rate her superb customer service. We are a small boutique flower store in the middle of the Pacific, but because we cannot deliver an arrangement, I contemplated jumping on a life raft to sail back to the mainland and hand deliver an arrangement to Lisa to show our appreciation for her help and support. Oh, and the app is pretty great too. Would still recommend.

World class support From Zapiet - Thank you! The assistance we received from the Zapiet support team, in particular Ismail and Jayne, was absolutely incredible. We achieved exactly what we set out to do with our shop and created the necessary checkout options for our end-Customers. In theory this app is very useful and has had intermittent periods of good function with my business - the problem right now is that it's producing terribly inaccurate information and data - scrambling pick up and delivery dates, messing up delivery addresses - it's an absolute mess for us. Be warned that you will be taking out support tickets A LOT with Zapiet. They do respond quickly, but this latest bout of issues has severely impaired my business and left me with a LOT of angry customers. They keep telling me it's Shopify's fault and that they are working together with Shopify to resolve the issues, but seriously guys - this has now impacted me and my team for months. I'm really frustrated.

This app helps us to fulfill different order dates where customers need to select their delivery date. We also had some great help from their customer support team to help us adapt some new products on the site, they were brilliant in coming up with solutions to our problem!

We had an issue with the pick up times not showing up all of a sudden. It was just buffering. I got on the live chat and it was sorted within 30 min. Great customer service.
