Jessica is incredible and went above and beyond with her service. Honestly it was the best customer service experience ive ever had! Attentive, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. She's amazing!

Great and responsive customer service. We had several issues regarding compatibility and coding. One of the customer service reps at Zapiet was able to solve the problem over night and we are very appreciative as other delivery date & shipping apps lack some of the major features of Zapiet.

I am an online start-up bakery with one location. I migrated to Shopify because I needed future delivery, and WIX could not provide that functionality. When I arrived at Shopify, I tried an alternative delivery app, but the application did not work correctly, so I turned to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. I was concerned about the monthly cost of $29.99, but I was in a pinch and figured I would sort that out later. The application worked perfectly. It was easy to install and provided all the functionality I needed, plus even some I did not know I needed. In addition, online support through Chat was constructive. Getting back to the cost issue, I decided that 29.99 was too much, so I switched to another app, wrong decision. I quickly realized my mistake and went back to Zapiet. I then discovered they had started another subscription plan for a one-store operator with one location that was cheaper than my original plan. I signed back up. I had some issues with the restart, and again, Zapiet customer support (thanks, Clemancy and Stephane!) came through, and Zapiet resolved all issues quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this application and company highly enough.

I am a new user of Zapiet and less than 24 hours in, I am THRILLED. Beyond the fact that it provides me (a small business owner) with capabilities that Shopify does not, I needed help and Jessica (customer support) got online with me and took over - fixed what I was doing wrong (my lack of understanding, not an issue with the app), but she also taught me what went wrong so I can be self-sufficient. I am so pleased and this app is going to make a real difference to my business in 2023. Thank you!

The configuration can be a bit tricky based on your needs and what add-ons you need for rates. But the support is incredible. Some of the best product support I have received.

Support is helpful and speedy with great customer service. This is a great app if you need pre-ordering function. Just a note that has nothing to do with the service and app: I do wish the price was a bit lower as I am a small business.

The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Clemency- Thanks! Stephanie- Thanks!) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week and especially on 12/24/22 because we are closing early on that day (which is Christmas Eve). I did a work around and cut off pick up on every Saturday at 2 pm in December but thats not great for busy Saturdays. Best thing about this app is the support. These guys want you to be successfull and care about the customer. Pre sales, they listened to every question I had and walked me trough my product integration. Clean app. Easy to use. Gets the job done and was developed well.

We have used Store Pickup + Delivery to deal with some custom shipping scenarios beyond simple store pickup. Customer and dev support has been fantastic on several occasions when we've had to make changes outside of the usual app parameters.
