The desktop is pretty straight forward to use. We only have the free version, so not sure if there are other features that we are looking for in the paid version but it does the trick! We had an 'human error' for an import of a review, we contacted customer service via the chat option and it was resolved quickly by Simoun. Would recommend this App for anyone looking to have automatic review emails sent out and imported.

Warly S. was extremely patient and helpful. Importing reviews from Yopto to shopify is definitely complicated and not very intuitive! ( just being completely honest here lol ) but Warly S. walked me through each and every step and answered all of my questions with the patience of a saint. Thanks Warly S. !

So far so good! Plus Doner P was a great help and quickly resolved my issues. Hopefully I'll remember to share an update after using the app for a few more months lol.

Today Yotpo support (Warly) helped me to place the Review Caroussel on our website. You need to adjust the theme code which is for me too technical. Walry helped me quickly and to my sattisfaction.

Doner was very helpful with the setup of this app to my store. Very quick and effective customer service!

This company is probably the most annoying company in the Shopify eco-system. I don't know how many times I've had to ask to be removed from their marketing and sales emails before their sales reps will leave me alone. There are several reason I would recommend against YotPo: 1 - Predatory contracts - They promise you the world, lock you into a contract for 12 months, and by the time you realize there are other companies that have the exact same functionality, you're too late and locked in paying 4-5x the cost of the competition. 2 - The worlds most annyoing sales reps. No, I don't want to buy the overpriced software that you sell on yearly contracts. 3 - Insanely overpriced for the same features. I'm not really sure what people are even paying for here that they anyone is still paying this company as much as they are for the same features. I'd highly recommend looking at Stamped or any of the other services that offer reviews. You'll get the same features (anyone at Yotpo who says its better may be partially right, but you're paying 5x for 1 minor feature that will yield maybe 2% better results at best). This isn't a paid smear campaign, I just honestly don't know what else to do to get them to block my email from their system as I've asked and even threatened legal action with no results.

Very comprehensive. Functionalities are strategically developed to meet customer demand. Pricing is a little higher than competitors but in terms of its value and scalability, Yotpo is worth considering and doing research on it.

After six months, I strongly do not recommend Yotpo. It's a subpar product that is clunky and all over the place. Their admin interface is mismatched and terrible. Its waaay overpriced. Their outside marketing looks good, but once under the hood, you'll regret it.
