So far - it's been great! The reviews are a must for establishing third-party credibility and increasing sales. I'm looking forward to incorporating them on the home page of my site (right after I finish this review) and then I need to figure out how to have the reviews show up on Google shopping. This is a great app, but terrible customer service. I have contacted the support team and received no help. This is such a shame, considering all the reviews I have read rave about the excellent customer services and subsequently, this was one of the main reasons I had chosen to go with Yotpo. When reading Yotpo's tutorials they stated that when customers leave a negative review it is because they are disappointed and their expectations were not fulfilled. This is sadly the case. Once again, I would like to reiterate that the review system is still good.

We upgraded to a paid plan recently and couldn't be happier. The technical support and customer service are excellent. We were having trouble with our theme and the star ratings view on the product page and Yotpo tech support fixed it for us in less than 2 business days. We had been using another review service and our response rate was less than half of Yotpo's, so we're now getting many more reviews.

I am really happy with the Yotpo app. We now have almost 300 reviews on our site. I have found the Yotpo customer support to be very helpful too. Highly recommended.

Super helpful in resolving some issues around my reviews not appearing. Really pleased with the service.

This is the best app for reviews! It was so easy to integrate and Shirel in customer support made it so easy to import existing reviews we had from another company.

I definitely recommend using YotPo Review app. Easy to set up and great looking UI. I needed to use customer service once in my 3 years or so and they solved my issue quickly.

Good product with great functionality. The price ramps up quite quickly though.

This app is great for social reviews

We can't get any support. Been with them for years and they won't resolve the issues we are having. We are going to have to switch away from these guys.

We went through several review apps as a new startup with very limited budget. Yotpo, we found has the moves. Especially for gaining traction for the ecommerce platforms groomin101.com

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I really liked this app and was happy with the performance until I needed support. I have emailed support nearly 6 times over the last 3 days and received one response but when needed clarification has not responded. I am super bummed as now I will have to migrate away from this app when it really didn't need to happen. None of my reviews are showing correctly and I can't get any real time help ie. phone, chat or email. Phone calls go to voice mail where you are told your call won't be returned. There isn't a chat option and emails to support are not returned. Someone in the know could probably fix my issue in 5 minutes if they had a responsive support option. If you choose this app just cross your fingers you don't need any help in the future.

Seems and feels like a good platform. Very easy to customize and find support for online. Problem is the pricing is not very small business friendly. You're looking at hundreds of dollars per month in subscription fees for just a few hundred orders. There are better alternatives for small businesses to work with and grow on.

This app is perfect ... if you have $8000/year to spend on it. Their plans are absolutely not adapted to small businesses, which is disappointing on shopify where most users run small businesses. I would be more than happy to pay $300-$500/year + variable fee depending on volume, but the "growth" plan don't even include photo reviews (a feature that I need). So I guess I will stick to the free plan, unless I get tired of the "powered by Yotpo" mention and just decide to switch. I am really dissapointed to see such a great app be unnaccessible to most Shopify users and I think that the Yotpo team miss a great opportunity by not offering a decent offer between free and premium. I also think that this page is a bit misleading as it does not mention it clearly.

I love this app! I had a tiny bit of trouble with the install, but Yotpo support was very prompt and helpful in straightening out all of the mistakes I made. Once they did their magic with the coding, everything displayed beautifully on my site. I am delighted and happy with all of the wonderful possibilities that this app has to offer. Thanks to the Yotpo team for an excellent app!

There is a bug and support doesn't answer for 5 days. Worst support

Yotpo has been a great addition to our Shopify store. We nearly 300 reviews through their system very quickly and have begun to use those reviews throughout our website and in a lot of our digital advertising. Plus, Yotpo's support team has made integrating all their features very easy. They have been very responsive to our questions, too. I'd highly recommend Yotpo.

Not much to say except Yotpo is clearly the best. Unfortunately, there are no real competitors on the same level as Yotpo so you really have to pay if you want all the features.
