Really excellent app. Far more versatile than the standard review apps. We're only using the basic plan currently, but I see us upgrading in the future to take advantage of all the great features YotPo has to offer!

Our shopify store needed a review section for our shopify store. When I installed the app, the widget wasn't under the "Customer Review" section - instead it was at the bottom of the page. That was an issue because: 1) Customer won't be able to see or write the review 2) It wasn't in the right "tab"/"section" for customers to see the reviews I contacted Yotpo to help use at the backend so the widget can appear on the "Customer Review" section/tab. Within 24 hours, Dana (Yotpo Support) had completely resolved the issue. We are so grateful by Yotpo's attention to detail and quick action to resolve our issue. I'm so impressed! Love the service so far - we've gotten more reviews in the week that we've been using it than we did in the two years previously with our old software. My one complaint is that the growth plan seems to leave out a few key features that are in line with other features that are offered. It feels like an attempt to up-sell you to the premium plan. I could be wrong about that, but when I asked for clarification from the Yotpo employee who helped us onboard, I never heard back.

Realistically speaking, you're going to have to pay for a fully functional version, so the "free" tag is kind of misleading. That said, the platform, while very expensive, did exactly what it said it would do... collect reviews. If you're in a business where reviews are important.... there's nothing better

Great app, lots of great features; reviews tab, facebook linking, notifications for new reviews, works really well and the support has been excellent. Many thanks Yonathan for responding to my queries so quickly. I would definitely recommend this app!

So far I am very happy with not only the app itself and its relative ease of use, but also with the support I have received on some questions that I had. They were professional, thorough and very helpful in assisting me with how their app appeared on my site. We've used other review apps before but this has definitely been much more fruitful and we are getting many people interested in giving their reviews of us and our products.

The good: great tool overall for utilizing reviews to help drive conversions. There are good app integrations with referral/points programs, and customizable widgets to fit any site or brand. Great support from our direct manager and other Yotpo employees whenever we have issues. Easy integration with Facebook to automatically push good reviews. Easy moderation and communication with customers. The bad: Not a 5 star review because the dashboard seems to have many flaws that make managing a campaign more difficult than it needs to be. Simple functions (search, uploading files, etc.) within the dashboard continue to have "bugs" that never seem to be priority to fix. Integrating with multiple URLs and syndicating reviews across them is only possible at a very high cost.

Great way to gather feedback from customers. We are exploring the other marketing features as we gain experience and our recent support experience was really great. They fixed a problem we created. How kind!

It's a totally awesome app! We have been using Yotpo for a few years now and even moved our reviews from one platform to another. With Yotpo's support and configuration on the review from the different platforms we were able to get our old reviews on the new platform. We have the reviews setup to post to our Facebook page and the integration with Shopify is smooth. It integrates with the search engine to show your reviews also. We were able to created a coupon through Yotpo that encourages customers to write a review. You can change the days you want the request sent which helps due to some extended amount of time for some custom products. The support team is the best. They are there for your success and go over and above what most customer service support teams do. There are a lot of functions we have not used yet but I highly recommend Yotpo.

Several times I was unable to give a blood donation due to my iron level being a little too low.I took Blood Builder for a couple of weeks before giving blood and it put my iron level up to where it needed to be.
