Excellent customer service, we had an issue with our mobile version and Yonathan M helped us out and even provided the code I needed.

It took ages to get any human from support to answer our questions. It would be great to get response from support quicker

This is the best app for being able to reach out to your guests while they are online shopping! They are always so helpful, too!

The app has a lot of features & customization and offers great customer support! Note: Most features are accessible only through the paid plan. For example, the default mail after purchase (MAP) setting for customers who buy more than one item sends up to three consecutive emails until the customer leaves a review. We found that frequency to be too high with the rest of our emailing strategy and there was no way to decrease the frequency on the free plan. After discussing with their customer support, we were able to sort this issue out and find an agreement where my customers would receive a reasonable amount of emails without having to subscribe to unlock only one feature. Great app, but would recommend looking at it once you reach at least 100 orders per month.

Yotpo now think they are entitled to the following data from your website "This includes all order details for all time. Yotpo Reviews - Product Reviews, Site Reviews, Photo Reviews will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents" I really dont think so yotpo. Ill be switching so you dont get your hands on and collect my customers data thank you very much.

Great customer support! I had an issue downloading a .csv file and Michelle helped it without a second thought and even provided the file I needed.

Excellent app, the most important thing in the online store is the honest review from the customer and this app make it, the support is great and timely. I recommend it.

This app really helped me put a standard of reviews on my website and have a personal feel to it as well. Its easy to navigate and the customer service is awesome. I always ask when I need help and they're quick to respond. Michelle is also an awesome CSA! Loved her gentle approach.

Great customization abilities with collecting and displaying reviews. However, it seems archaic to me that you have to manually re-install whenever you update your theme (which is often from a good theme provider). Customer service is really slow (3 days to get my reviews back on the site) and it never seems to install properly. Many other apps have an automated prompt that brings the app to the updated theme AND prompts a CS person to check that it's working well. Pretty big oversight IMO.

This app works perfectly and is bringing both our our websites more interest. but the best thing about this is the customer support. It is simply outstanding. They get back to you in a reasonable amount of time and go well above and beyond to take care of every question or issue you have. The issues I had were about my ability to make the app work within my particular theme...they took care of it...the app itself works great!

As we're just starting out it's crucial to have reviews sorted out for the store.. Yonathan was super helpful as we had a few issues with emails being sent out at the beginning, but it all worked out well and he was super fast and reliable with supporting us. We're currently using the free plan which works out well for now but will probably go to a paid plan later!

I was excited about this initially but not anymore. Their service response time is super slow....takes a number of days...for simple fixes...and that IS NOT how a business runs in this age of the digital world....may be because my service is free...but that's even worse....looking an alternative before my store gets traction! i could give a Minus 1 Star..if there was an option!

Impressed with the responsive and friendly service I received from Yotpo’s customer support. We had a request we felt would help customers get a bird’s eye view of the product ratings on our main shop page, and I was lucky to connect with Yonathan who made the change happen while maintaining the look and feel of our website. Great app. Collects lots of reviews for our website and allows us to respond when necessary before posting below star ratings. Cust service is also very responsive. If you have an online store you definitely need this app.

I think out of all the Shopify Apps this is my favourite. Easy to install it seamlessly linked into my store sending email to customers asking for reviews .. and in they came. It makes a huge difference to the website and customers have commented they bought my product over a competitors because of the glowing reviews. Having the ability to respond to the comments is great too. If you get a 4 star review it is easy to turn around by responding the comment and fixing whatever the problem was that got you 4 instead of 5 stars. Plus it integrates with the Shopify AI KIT and pushes out good reviews to social media for you! If you have confidence in your product and work hard to market your brand and on customer service this is your reward! I Heart YotPo! p.s. Really excellent app. Far more versatile than the standard review apps. We're only using the basic plan currently, but I see us upgrading in the future to take advantage of all the great features YotPo has to offer!
