I used this app to be able to have customers start leaving reviews. It took a little while for me to get it set up, because I dont like like messing with code, but the Yotpo customer service team was able to come through and get everything set up for me. Everything works great and the reviews have been a big plus to my store. Giving a 4 star at the moment because I'm still exploring the app and finding out all it can do, but so far, it has been a good experience. Thanks Yotpo for a good app.

Not only do I love the app itself - easy to use, looks great, lots of options, great features etc... The automatic review request emails are great and really help automate the process and collect review. What REALLY sets this app apart is the service! I switched themes and hired a freelancer (first mistake) who just royally messed up my site and the yotpo reviews widget just disappeared. Jaypee worked with me for probably a month trying to figure out what caused the issue and how to fix it and eventually figured it out. I was amazed at how many times I had reached out to other freelancers for help, the developers of the theme etc... and was just kinda told it doesn't work and to use something else, but Jaypee knew this is the app I wanted on my site and fixed the issue. I'll be a lifetime yotpo app user from here on and can't wait until my store expands enough to add more of their features and services. If you're new to ecomm you know how overwhelming all of the hiccups and obstacles can become and knowing that the people behind the app truly care is SUCH a relief and gives me the greatest peace of mind. HIGHLY recommend this app.

It's awesome. It automatically adds the reviews to the product page itself. The customer support from. Yotpo is fantastic

Their sales team are way too aggressive and make promises they can't keep. reneged on a written contract we had in place.

I'm using Yotpo to show reviews in our Shopify Store. I love the features it offers - the website widget, the ability to show 'starts' in the product page, social media shares and more. Although I started with the Free plan, many of the must-have-features were enabled, and above all, their customer support was very helpful and helped me with a few things I needed. Very recommended!

Paying way too much for a buggy app. Have had multiple bugs that haven't been fixed for a few weeks now. However, I must say the account manager is very helpful but has her hands tied as development cant get bugs fixed. UPDATE: Support takes a week to respond to questions.

This app doesn't give you a chance to configure the settings, emails etc. - it just sends emails on its own, with no chance to review/track or anything! I have never seen anything like this.

Great app allows a lot of customization even with the free version. Customer support is fast and accurate.

I have always had a positive experience with Yotpo and have always been able to receive great support when needed.

This app is easy to use and it is a great way to feel connected to your customers. My only complaint is the giant jump you have to take from 100 "emails" a month at $50/month to the next level. The next jump is is $200/month! That is a big jump for a small company. I wish they had something in between.

I would recommend this app for anyone who is trying to build their brand. Also support team is very helpful, they are very quick is solving issues.

I really like how the app helps me get reviews for my products it works efficiently and looks good on the website. Recently I changed themes which meant my previous reviews were no longer showing. I was quickly helped by Pauline at Yotpo who fixed it for me in no time!

I use this to send automated emails and collect reviews on my website. The customer service is great, I had a small issue and Michelle got back to me quickly with incredible detail—overall, super helpful and thorough.

We had to upgrade to enable a few features that we wanted to use, so this review if for a paid version.

Initially I created a ticket and it took a while to get responses but they satisfied my request eventually and I am very happy with their service. And the app has all the features you need and they are for free. Highly recommend!

Great app! I love how it's so easy to collect reviews! Pauline from Yotpo was a tremendous help to me!

Great service and the app seems to be working quite well. Already had a few reviews from the automated emails!

We had some technical issues when moving websites and needed to move our reviews from our old platform. The customer support team was super helpful.

Excellent app with lots of great features and great support. Hermes from the support team was especially helpful and installed the app to a new version of our theme manually for me without issues or interruptions on the live site.

This is a great app for sure, however, every time I get an email asking me to rate my recently purchased product, I go like ...hmmm .. I just dont have time to do that unless it is something that I really want to do. We are inundated with emails nowadays and that means lower conversion rate using apps that send out emails to your customers. If this app can win over all the fake and scam reviews we seem to be reading everywhere now, then it is well worth the try. Good luck! :)

Great app, picking up a lot of reviews via the in email review service and the features looks good on site. Excellent customer service from Edcel who recently helped with something very efficiently.

Imported reviews from shopify product reviews really easily. The implementation team was very helpful getting star ratings on my collection pages. So far I'm very happy with the app and would highly recommend!
