App is great. Does it's job. They were one of the first in the market to have reviews custom built into emails. Pretty thoughtful considering the no of people who would take the time to go outside the email to leave a review. Needed some support issues resolved for review load and Jaypee from the support team went above and beyond to support the review. Great job guys. You have a fan. My only ask would be that you make features more affordable for small and micro businesses.

I love this App because it sends emails to customers with past orders and ask them for a review. Pauline was very helpful in getting me started. I definitely recommend it.

I was recommended this app by a friend who was using it on his store. Very easy to set up and the guys at Yotpo were quick in transferring over my existing reviews. I set up the automated emails to ask for reviews and that has generated a couple straight away. All good so far.

I am quite impressed. Paolo was my online support and he went above and beyond my requests. He didn't have to do what he did to help me move around and configure the way my reviews showed online, but he took the extra time and did it for us!! Thank you Yotpo and especially Paolo Macasero!

Yotpo’s customer review is great! Couple days ago we decided to change a theme on Shopify to better accommodate our product lineup. However, the review wadge wasn’t displayed as expected afterward. Therefore, I contacted Yotpo’s support and submitted a ticket. Justine Romeo from the support team got back to me right away and adjusted the script for my account to solve the issue right away. I am greatly appreciated his promoted response! The customer service reassured me that I will be able to get any assistance I need later on if any query occurred. Thanks team!

I use the Yotpo app to help aggregate and promote customer reviews. The support team is very responsive and helpful making installation and set up easy.

Michelle was SO helpful with my questions, and once I was set up reviews started coming in - looks great on my site!!

I use this app to collect product reviews on our Shopify store. At first, I didn't like that anyone could leave a review - as in, people who didn't even buy our products and just wanted to leave a bad comment. When I tried to unpublish the reviews, they took a while to be removed from our site. Not satisfied, I contacted the YOTPO support team. They responded within 24 hours and let me know I could change a setting so only those who buy our products can leave reviews, and explained why sometimes unpublishing reviews may take an hour or two. I am happy with their help, and with a few simple setting adjustments, the app has become everything we hoped for.

This is the app we try to use to increase our conversion rate! It does everything we need it to! You always get the answer when you need it (during the office hour). Highly recommend it!

This app does everything that it promises.. and the customer service is great. I was having trouble integrating my reviews directly onto the product page and sent a note. Maria helped me out, and they did it for me. Very happy. We've been using Yotpo for over 18mo, and plan to continue indefinitely.

I contacted Yotpo as a number of our reviews were not appearing on our website. Michelle was quick to respond and explained why this was happening. I was then able to provide her with what she needed to populate them on our site which meant 21 more great reviews! It would be great if I could stop reviews going against our monogramming options at the outset as I think I may well have to go back to Yotpo for further support.

I added this app today and it shut me down before I could use it!!!!! My Shopify theme is Supply. My logo AND NAVIGATION MENU disappeared and it took hours for Shopify to find the bug. Do not install this app, or any other app, unless you are certain that their code will clealy integrate with your store theme.

It's not the cheapest application on Shopify but Yotpo has helped consolidate and automate much of the customer reviews process for our online store (https://plyco.com.au). The tools have revealed key areas for improvement in the products & services we provide; enabling our business to grow.

A way too expensive and not worth it and definitely not worth the investment. I wish I elected Yotpo competitor, same price, and much much better customer service and all customer service is located in the USA.

Excellent and easy to use app and customer service has been great so far, even on the free version.

Customer service is extremely slow to respond! Only by email and I than you have to wait app 24 hours for an answer. Please have a chat tool installed!
