Great app for adding reviews to your site, particularly now they've included commenting on their free plan. Excellent customer service too - thanks Yonathan!

Yotpo is an easy to use app that is helping our Shopify store be successful. I recently had a great experience with Shirel from customer service. I needed some help with Google Seller Ratings and Shirel was quick, professional, and very helpful. Yotpo is worth checking out!

So far so good, install was easy, customer service was great (Thanks Michelle B!!!) and I was able to import all of my existing reviews, setup email blast and put on our site without much issue.

Crucial app to gain trust online. I had a little problem with my widget but was fixed immediately by Yulia Sachkova - The real Yotpo Growth Support Hero!

Great software, but the pricing is a big problem for small and new businesses. We found Judge.me to be a better and more affordable option for our needs. Their $15/month plan has 95% of what Yotpo has for 3% of the cost.

apper to be free but now after a long time of collecting reviews we decided that it is best to have the option to answer to clients and YOTPO is asking for $29 a month. You can see the review but you cant do anything about it with the free option!

Wanted to hide my reviews widget on the store until I get my first reviews with their Mailing tool; however, that couldn't be done from the dashboard. Luckily, the customer support was really forthcoming and explained to me how to do it on Shopify admin side.

The app is great, functionally and aesthetically. I was happy with the customer service Yulia provided through email in helping me with my issues. I took one star off because I was hoping to have it customized a little but it wasn't possible. No big deal really! :)

Great CS. Yulia helped me switch over from my old app and setup on my new site flawlessly and quickly.

The best review app for shopify!

The app is good, the really bad thing is that when you Uninstall it, it doesn't go away from my products page, me and my customers can still see the Yotpo Review section, it is really frustrating the fact that I can't take it away. and the customer service just does not respond my emails. I am really disappointed

We have been staying with Yotpo since the beginning, it's a very robust system and we are very happy with it still. Features are awesome, it's very easy to use and functional, and customer service is amazing. High fives!

$14K per year (required annual contract) for functionality that I can get from Stamped.io for $99 per month??? Not sure which suckers are going for that... I do not recommend.

People at this company do not know how to answer emails. For the amount of money they charge go with foursixty. Horrible experience and a waste of money. Maybe someone will actually read this and answer our emails and deliver what they promised.

This app is very good for e commerce, can be displayed on both product collection and the single product page. Very easy to install. What's more, the customer services are pretty fast and helpful, they can handle everything we can't. Thank you!

Hands down the best review app available. Only thing is I feel the paid options are a little too pricey.

I uninstalled the app but it is still appearing on my store--it seems this has been an issue for others as well. I don't know why Shopify allows apps that do not uninstall cleanly. I have written to their support to do a clean removal and waiting for response.

Great app. Takes a little getting used to but works really well.

Great app to help my priceless passages store to build more trust to my customers.

I didn't expect the excellent customer service and help with on-boarding to YotPo. Thank you Amit, you were great brother.

We are in the free version and they respond very quickly and joyfull. We are thinking very seriously on upgrade our plan. One of the best costumer service we know!!
