DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! Once you do a mistake, it is done. The app will not fix it anymore. In fact, I have uninstalled the app and it is still running on my website, and I have no idea how is that even possible. Just forget it about it. Completely irresponsible team behind this app.

I've been using this app for a few years now. It does a good job collecting reviews. There are quite a few limitations for the paid version that we have. I'm not a fan of the social push it offers. The email templates are pretty clunky.

When it comes to getting more reviews, Yotpo delivers. We received 10x more product reviews in just a few days time than we did in 6 months with the Shopify "Product Reviews" app.

We love the free version so far and will be upgrading. Customer support was very helpful, thanks to Amit for getting our reviews from the Shopify native app imported in to Yotpo.

Works great. Customer Service is top notch!

Love it! Has increased my conversion rate significantly by giving potential customers real reviews and honest opinions. Completely automated and also able to showcase reviews through social media. A must have.

the program works well but it is extremely is high. We are looking at $300 + for their app. i will be switching to a different provider AS for removing the code after installing is a nightmare. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THE TRAIL.

YOTPO is going to change our business, I can already tell. We just installed it, and already we've had over 15 people give INCREDIBLE feedback on our products, which is going to completely improve our marketing directives. On a personal note, Sasha M is INCREDIBLE!! Super timely, knowledgable, and friendly to boot. Will recommend YOTPO to all of my ecommerce friends!

Yotpo support team is amazing. I wanted to transfer my Etsy reviews to my Shopify store, and Aleksandra was a great help. Not only was she able to walk me through the entire process, but once all the reviews were imported, she was able to quickly load them into my store. Highly recommend Yotpo!!!

I would not add this app again, if given the choice. I initially installed it because it seemed like a fantastic product - and I'm sure it is. My complains are this: 1) They place their logo and link at the top of the review section. I think it makes the store look cheap and unfinished. I'm not happy with it, at all. I feel like they're basically forcing me to barter - their service, for free advertising. Something, I wasn't aware I was agreeing to. 2) When I removed the app from my storefront, it didn't go anywhere. Sure, the benefits of YOTPO were disabled, but the changes made to my theme were still present. Now, I've reinstalled it, because I'm not comfortable manually removing the code, and if it's going to be there, it should be functional Still - if I could do it all over... I would not have installed it in the first place

Not very pleased with the auto post functionality. We have reviews that have not been moderated being posted on google. I would like to remove it and the help is almost non-existent.

So far the app is great and works well.

To fully utilize Yotpo, Facebook Business Manager should be utilized. However, we have been able to achieve a significant amount of functionality without FBBM and I will continue to use Yotpo for my reviews. mdv

Cool app but overprices. Really to expensive for small business. got loox for cheaper price,,much cheaper..

We gave them a try. The sales team is very pushy and the app is overpriced compared to its competitors. From our experience they have very sub par customer service. We just switched over to Judge.me as it has all the capabilities Yotpo does at less than half of the cost. Shopify reviews also is a great app if you're just starting out.

They have excellent customer service even without using their premium service. I was able to have them import my google forum reviews straight to my reviews carousel!

Cool features but WAY to pricey. Priced by # of orders, so you are penalized by being successful. They should charge via features instead since it doesn't cost extra money to send a email on their end. Just like Shopify stopped billing based on Users visited/month these guys should stop billing orders per month. $300 for this app or $20 for Judge.me which does essentially the same for more orders.

What a great app! I ditched my previous review app and I am so glad I did. Much easier to use and people to review. Easy to use with Kit (another must have app). Service is fantastic, prompt and useful information. They can't do enough for you and they want to make your life easier. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could
