Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I love this app! I wanted to be able to send reminder emails to my customers and also a way to display the reviews below the product. The setup is a little bit confusing as their video tutorials are outdated. Customer service is great!

Yotpo is the best as what it does. It is a premium service, with premium results.

Yotpo is a fantastic app, very happy with it! Customers seem to like using the integrated questions sections a lot, the auto-promo on social is a great feature and the admin is easy to use and covers all I am after and more. Great product! Super support and recommended!

Good customer service. A little slow to reply to my email, but they fixed my issue. I just wish the Pro membership was not so incredibly and ridiculously high. Dana Shamir helped me with my issue and was very professional.

We just upgraded from Shopify Reviews to YOTPO and it's been GREAT! Customer service is excellent! Dana helped us transfer all our reviews into the YOTPO and the installation was done in a few hours. We are already seeing the great results of this app and our customers seems prefer this way of submitting reviews, as we are getting way more reviews than before. The star-rating on Google search is very important to us, as we have almost only 5-star reviews. Overall we are really satisfied with YOTPO and we are excited to be growing with them!

Another quality app for your store, love it

doesnt allow for picture uploads on free version ... so honestly not worth it and paid version is so expensive

The customer service is very responsive, Vitaly was very helpful and he personally resolved my issues directly on my backend store. I definitly recommend any store owner to try this wonderful app.

This app is so great, it can do so many things! I needed a little bit of help transitioning from my old review app and didn't want to loose any of the reviews that were already written on my site. Vitaly in customer service was beyond helpful and friendly. The transition was quick and easy. I am still learning all about the features of Yotpo. I love the emails that get sent to customers after a purchase that lets them write a quick review of the product for the website and the fact that I can push the reviews to my FB page as well. Customer trust is so important when building a new brand, so I think that this will be one of the most helpful apps I have installed on my site.

I've been really impressed with Yotpo. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but it's been well worth using a paid plan. The automated emails and follow-ups have been getting good results. Having the additional widgets in a paid plan has helped make my site look more credible too. I recently had an issue and Dana in support was amazing to deal with and helped sort the issue out quickly.

We haven't ad enough time with the app to know if it will get us more reviews yet, but so far we're very happy with the options to display our current reviews. Getting those reviews imported was easier than expected as well. I was worried when there was no way to import them myself via csv or excel file. However, Dana Shamir of the Yotpo support team was very helpful. My requests were responded to very quickly, and both times I requested reviews to be imported (first for product reviews, then for site reviews/testimonials) Dana had them up and running on the site by the time I got my response later that same day.

Yotpo's a must for all my stores. Crucial for coversion rate.

I cannot login. Always says INVALID PASSWORD eventhough i already reset my pw and i input it correctly. Cannot reach the support team as well.

UPDATE: Michelle, although very helpful, only came back to help only because I left this review. Which is precisely why I did it - Because I wasn't getting any help. Before she did I had already resolved the issue myself - . It's just a shame that we had to come to this to be listened to seriously. I'll change this review if the situation changes, but lately the customer service is abysmal. I feel like rather than listening to what I am saying, they skim through my inquiry and do a copy paste. Now with a simple error, they haven't responded in days. If you change the layout, the reviews disappear even though the code is installed properly. Yotpo, what gives?
