Fantastic app. Not only does it deliver just what I am after as a start up small business, but the technical help has been amazing. Always super fast and helpful. I reached out today about an issue and even though the issue was not the fault of Yotpo, they hopped in and fixed a coding issue for me anyway! Incredible. Highly recommend.

This app is fantastic. Awesome functions, good customizations and it works to generate reviews. But the best thing is, the customer support. They go above and beyond call of duty. They really helped with implementing everything. A+.

Excellent so far...I installed it about a year ago, but I'm finally using its features today. I got some great chat help from customer support, and the features work flawlessly!!

Great customer support, helped me with everything I needed. Showing all product reviews and all site reviews when customers click on the product reviews tab under one specific product is a great feature.

This application has definitely helped us sell more items, based off customer reviews. I was running out of emails every month to send, so I upgraded the plan to Growth 200, and then support team installed some snippets of code for us, to save us the time and the confusion. Great app and great support!

She solved my problem very fast and even improved the implementation of Yotpo in my website. Easy to use and install. I ran into a couple of issues since my theme's code is set up a little differently than the instructions on their site. I reached out to them about these issues and they provided superior and fast support. Highly recommend!

I would give them 10 stars ... Excellent features but really the customer service team rocks. They (Bernard) took time to understand my business via chat and went above and beyond to get the Yotpo platform to do what we needed it to do. I'm a raving fan and eternally grateful for their help!

Feb from Yotpo came through on so many customizations and integrations on my website! I tried doing certain modifications myself, but had issues with my theme. Feb was beyond helpful and was able to fix everything for me in until 24h. Absolutely satisfied with the service. The app has also been generating reviews for us so no complaints!

Jenny from support fixed the issue I accidentally created within a day! She found the problem from behind the scenes and corrected it very quickly!

So glad I was able to have one of the #1 Shopify Apps Installed! I am so appreciative of the ongoing & personal support of this amazing team. After I granted access to my site they installed the widgets I was having problems with. I received emails to make sure I was happy. Of course, I haven't gotten a review yet as I just had the app installed today but the Customer Service has made me like Yotpo even more!

Great app, Great service... I love the new live chat support option, when I have an issue I get helped pretty quickly and effectively.

We have mixed feeling about it. It's really good in getting reviews but the pricing model is unfair. We only wanted a plan with 100 orders per month but then discovered that only the premium plan will show the reviews on Google Product Listing. This is really not cool. The reviews belong to us and you can't force people to upgrade just so you won't block their reviews from showing in Google Shopping.
