I use this app to capture review and star ratings. The customisation is great as I matched with my brand colours and the support team were super useful when I needed assistance installing parts of this. Very good!! Highly recommend

This app helps to visualize customer sentiments in a really valuable way. We also ran into an technical glitch/issue, which Pauline at Yotpo helped us solve (and another issue in Nov 2019, which Jan at Yotpo solved). So after almost 10 years of a free account with Yotpo, we couldn't be happier.

The staff are always very helpful (on YotPo chat), talked me through and helped to set up our on-site widget.

Been using Yotpo for a couple months now. Customer services was fairly quick and able to help me when needed. The dash is simple and easy to ease. I wish the widgit was better looking and able to customize it further.

We use Yotpo mainly to collect reviews via post-sale emails. And Yotpo is really great doing that! We has been using it for years and we are very happy with it. Also, we recently ask help with very particular settings we need and Eric from the support team has been super efficient and super supportive. Ten over ten for Yotpo!

I use this app to display customers' product reviews and ratings on my YouTube merch and music production store. So happy about the functionality and the support they offer! Pauline helped me a lot for the migration of the product ratings from my previous product page to the new product page, and also helped me set up the display of stars rating in the collection page. 5 stars app, 5 stars service, highly recommend it!
