The app is really easy to use. They added on some extra featurs for the frree plan so it got even better. I am trying out growth plan ( paid) now). Michelle helped me check my widgets , coupon codes and emails were set up OK. Thanks Michelle Thanks Danreb for helping me with the billing situation

Just installed and getting amazing instant chat support from Paulo. He's helping me import my old reviews which was one of my concerns when switching over. I love the fact that this app went back to my last 200 orders and got reviews right away for me. So far so good! Eric helped me today and was most excellent!! Solved all my issues.

I'm using this app for my site. Works perfectly. Even had star rating placed on my products. Customer service helped me with the setup. Easy to use and efficient in gathering reviews.

Yotpo is a wonderful tool for gaining trustworthy reviews from customers. I appreciate the ability to tailor some of the design aspects and wording even on the basic plan. Most recently, the feature I appreciated the most was the ability to import my reviews collected on a previous platform over to Yotpo. I was able to follow the very detailed instructions provided to create a file for upload. Once submitted my reviews were up on the site the very same day! Moreover, the customer service I received from Paulo was incredible! Thank you for such prompt responses and helping to ensure my reviews were uploaded successfully!

Just upgraded to the growth package. While I couldn't install the review carousel from the UI, Paulo in support was incredibly helpful and had it up and running in a couple minutes. Would recommend for anyone looking to install a review widget!

I finally got around to adding Yotpo to my shop. Honestly, I can't believe it took me as long to decide to. I should have added this a LONG time ago. My point of contact Jo was absolutely amazing. Edited and inserted code into all the collection and product pages when I needed help. Highly recommend.

I'm using YOTPO for over a year right now. It doesn't give me any trouble at all. Recently I contacted their customer support team to customize something and their response was exceptional! Very prompt, on Sunday (!)and resolving my issue right away. I wish the other apps have such customer support!

Where do I begin with the app YOTPO and its support team! I've been with them now for almost 6 months and am amazed by what the offer as a review service and how attentive and responsive their support team is. Anytime I have reached out the wait time has been very minimal if any and every member goes above and beyond the call to make sure my questions and requests are answered and solved. I couldn't recommend this service enough to anyone! Get the app NOW!!!!!

Nice starter price for Shopify stores, great to get verified purchase reviews and they have lots of great features, really lovely staff.

Great reviews app. Yes, if you upgrade it can be pricey. But it is worth it in my opinion. Their customer service is great, can do any small or large adjustments to your store that you want in terms of visual and location. Additionally, a lot of apps integrate with them which is a plus. This reviews app is the cleanest look of the bunch. Crescel was a pleasure as well.
