This application is great for collecting reviews automatically and posting them to our product pages. Easy to install and easy to use. The staff is great to work with if you need any assistance!

Not only an awesome app that is approved by Google, but they provide exceptional customer service as well. Their team helped me out with the coding and helped me place the rating and replace my previous review section. I actually i didnt do anything.. I highly recommend using Yotpo if you are serious about SEO ranking and getting approved by Google.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP! So many good things to say about it. We used two other review apps that were bad. Expensive and didn't work well at all. We switched to Yotpo and it has so many awesome features and unbelievably good support. You can set up email requests for reviews, customize the look, setup reminders for reviews, and customize the way the reviews come into your site. There are other installations available--all which help to feature what people love about your products. The support for this app blew me away. We worked with Paulo for setup in the online chat and I have never received better online support anywhere. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through each question that we had. We only had a number because we wanted to use every feature available on the app! Couldn't recommend this app more highly! Great job, Yotpo!

Love the app and the support is superb. I am not tech savvy but it was still very user friendly and what I didn’t understand was handled quickly and efficiently by Yotpo.

The product is good - just sometimes doesn't do what is expected so needed customer support to help - but my goodness their customer support is GREAT! So it's really all good.

We use this app and we are seeing a good ROI. It's unfair that you need to be on an annual plan before you can have the Klaviyo integration. The customer service chat that comes with the Growth plans is instant and very helpful. Thanks Rael.

I wanted to ad a graphic in my macmail signature and link it to a reviews page. Ruel was able to get me all the answers I needed. I'm grateful for how fast and knowledgable he was. I also like the 'send transcript' email feature so I could save all the links he was sending me from our chat for future review. I am very pleased.

We've been using Yotpo for a while over the standard review system available in Shopify and we're big fans. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it isn't white labeled (they have Yotpo branding) unless you spend a fortune on enterprise solutions basically. But all the other tools are great, the customer service is excellent (got a custom update to a new theme we're doing in less than 48 hours), so we're happy!
