YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. The review carousel is amazing ! It is definitely helps you to increase the conversion rate. If you are a start up and needs to increase your conversion you must install this app. Btw, their support is amazing as well.

I installed this app so I could begin obtaining customer reviews on my web site. It was very easy to set up, but I ran into a little snag cutting and pasting the code to make the stars show up on my products. I contacted support, and Pauline and things fixed in no time. I love this app and have had it for over 2 years now. I recently upgraded the plan and needed help with a few things and the online chat feature has saved me a lot of time.

I recommend the app, support team help me to resolve problem with photos in reviews. 10++++ for app reviews.

For the price it's not worth it. There are other apps that offer everything this one does and more at half the price of even their lowest plan. I signed up for a pro plan and I still couldn't remove their logo from the review . I CAN'T REMOVE APP????

I needed to switch platforms and the support from Yotpo team was amazing. Particularly by Jenny B. who was very dedicated and proactive in helping me with the migration and also figuring how to fix a bug that was caused by misconfiguration.

So far, this app is great and I expect to continue using it on my Shopify store. On a personal note, the Yotpo Growth Support Hero 'Eric A.' was EXCELLENT! He was able to answer all of my questions, resolve all of my issues, and provide all of the information I needed to get the app working correctly! He always got back to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. I highly recommend this app!

The best reviews app. The support (we were attended by Lervin) is unbeatable, always available to help and they are very fast. Even in the free version, they help you to customize the widget so that it integrates perfectly with your theme.
