Absolutely incredible customer service. Sometimes it doesn’t work seamlessly, but they are always there to help get to the root cause of the problem.

*UPDATE 05-22-2020* YotPo reached out to me following my review and extended out options to improve my experience. I am a firm believer of customer service and I believe I would do injustice to not adjust my review to a full 5 stars for a great app paired by service that follows-through. ----------------------------------- Yotpo has incredible customer service and have helped me with numerous issues for my site. I've had questions and issues that I've discussed with them at weird times of day and they always have someone there to respond and provide support (shoutouts to Mary Ann and Josephine who are among the names I remember working with who were absolutely amazing). I would list them as one of the top Shopify apps with top-notch customer service. The only reason I placed it at a 4 out of 5 is that I personally think YotPo could be more competitive with its features for the price it is charging as it is actually one of my "pricier" Shopify apps I currently have on my store. I am paying for the $29/month plan but still have a "Powered by Yotpo" shown on my website in the reviews section and if a customer that purchases my product loses my automatic review request email, my plan does not allow me to send a manual email review request. The product page review section also does not allow for customer to upload their photo, photo uploads can only be performed through the email review request system. Besides those items, the interface is clean. The set up is very intuitive. The presentation on the website looks great.

Brilliant customer service - Jo Lorenz spent ages fixing some tricky coding we couldn't do ourselves to get everything settled into our website in the right places, and our reviews are coming in steadily. The photo feature is a great addition too.

Reviews work great, and customer service is always beyond helpful when I need anything fixed. I am new to website building and always get my questions answered promptly. Thank you!

Quick and efficient customer service. We could not sync our store with Yotpo and nor add the reviews widget. Yotpo customer service reached out to us, added themselves as collaborators and fixed the issue. Great service!

We are very satisfied with the Yotpo app, but even more so with the customer support. As a new business, we made an error in setting up Yotpo, and the customer service agent went well out of her way to help us in rectifying the situation. I'm sure it took her a long time to fix the problem we created, but she didn't even hesitate and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Great customer service!

The customer service is amazing. I am not at all technical and the help and support in integrating the app was 10/10

Their support team is really helpful! They can also upload your old reviews from other sources onto Yotpo, and they do it for you!

Yotpo does everything you expect it to do and on top of that customer support is stellar! The only down-side is that it is a bit pricey.

Downloaded the app to check if it's the right fit, however didn't end up installing. Without asking anyone to do so, this app sent unedited blank review requests to almost 100 customers last night. Absolutely fuming.

Great app and great customer service too. I recently updated my website and lost all my reviews and they had them back on there in no time.

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!

I had an issue integrating Yotpo with Shopify and Yotpo customer service was excellent and helped me solve the problem right away. 5 stars! The customer reviews are a fantastic way to get customer input on the site. Hana

Not happy. Yotpo limits you and is always nagging you to upgrade. They actually flat lie to their customers. Our review emails were stopped for some reason and they said "Upgrade to continue" and we were thinking "What?!" They then said that we had exceeded 50 sales this Month. Well we checked our system and in the Month of May we had only 27 sales. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY 50 SALES IN 30 DAYS, they said FOR THE MONTH. They always limit you with FREE apps but we pay to have this service and now they want more money and then what? MORE MONEY again later? No thanks. Find another review system.... we don't do business with companies with no integrity.

We were migrating from one theme Debut to Responsive and I thought I'd be able to add the yotpo code to add reviews across collections, how wrong I was. Contacted customer service and Diane was so helpful turning it round very quickly. The site now looks awesome. Many thanks again Diane.
