I have been using Yotpo several years,great service by Leizel D.I have seen Yotpo grow and enjoy its growing list of services.

My experience has been great. I had a problem trying to paste the reviews stars between price and product photo. I followed the instructions of Yotpo but it didn´t work at all. After trying many times I contacted with Yotpo Support. Diane fixed everything and very quick. She is amazing¡¡ I give her a double 10 ¡¡ Thanks Diane ¡¡ I appreciate your help very much. :)

I love how easy it is to set up and the fact that it puts reviews about specific products on the same page as the product so shoppers can see all the comments about the product they're considering without leaving the page or having to read through all the comments to find something about the product they are interested in. Awesome program. I love it.

I installed the app and asked the team to support building the site. Great service and quick response. Can't ask for more. Will see how it runs in the future.

I recommend this app to everyone because it works very well and there are many features and above all because a very competent technical service and they are quick to respond. It is very nice to be able to count on people and not just on virtual chat boxes. Very good 5 stars

Easy to install while being robust and flexible. Great to see the reviews start to stream in! The reviews add instant legitimacy and the app saves me the time of having to hunt down customers.

Great and well worth the money when compared to other review platforms. There were a few teething problems as there are with many apps, but Jo fixed all of them in good time. The review requests convert quickly and enabled us to collect over 100 reviews from past customers within a day. We'll stick with Yotpo and recommend it to others.

Interface is cluttered, and the software was constantly buggy. When issues came up, support didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't helpful. Didn't seem like they cared at all. Price is very high, and order caps are low. If it was totally bug-free and functional, and support was awesome, we'd pay the price, but it's just not worth it for us.
