Great app, one of the best out there. The higher tier subscriptions are expensive and out of reach for smaller stores. Would love to add ratings to google shopping products but that is out of reach for my shop at the moment. Get this app for great user generated content and reviews!

I thought this app would be helpful but it only sent like 20% of the review emails. Most customers have reported they never received a review email. Waste of time!

looks good , but very expensive , too expensive this is $360 a year at least. Shopify themes have this built in for free, not sure why i would want to use this as it does not seem to get more people to leave reviews. Stuck with them for 2 years horrible customer service, not much to say

They were very attentive as I transferred reviews from my old theme to new theme. Sometimes response to emails within 5 minutes and problem fixed. looking great although I wish their logo didn't have to show on my webpage.

The app is incredible, it gives more credibility to the product you are selling. The assit is great, and very efficient. Thanks alot for your support.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this app is that it says it is a drag and drop (or however you say it) and it's not. I had to get help from someone at Yotpo to add it to my website, however that service was EASY and GREAT. I am super happy with how they installed the app.

I wish I could give negative stars. First, it isn't free like I was led to believe. Second, there was a code injected into my site and in order to cancel and uninstall, I have to "take the code out" which I can't figure out how to do. AND I'm supposed to submit a ticket and wait for a response... after I take the code out. They're making this so difficult. I don't think I've ever been this mad.

Good customer service support. Just downloaded and had someone respond to my CSS issue instantly. Have yet to use it outside of that

App works great and if you need help YOTPO has excellent and speedy customer service. Paul worked quickly to resolve my coding issue.

Had an issue, complained, and got a polite and helpful resolution immediately. Brilliant customer service. Unlike some other apps for shopify. Highly recommend and totally trustworthy. Very good experience.

Excellent app, have been using the free version and just updated to the paid version. Needed help adding sections to my site and the service and support was brilliant.

Paul was super patient with helping me install some code on my site! Great customer service - recommend the paid plan to get it.

Have been using this app since we began with Shopify. There has never been an issue with it and their customer support team has been nice to work with! I believe that having these reviews have led to further sales from customers who see what others have to say.

Great support and FAST! Looking forward to hire more services from Yotpo. Our site is showing the reviews just like we wanted and customers can now benefit from them now. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is at the highest level, and they get things done QUICKLY! Interface is easy to use and edit to personalize for your own store.

It does as it claims. Could be more user friendly for non-techies BUT Support Staff is great. Josehine E. understood my lack of skills and patiently and skillfully resolved my issues. Also appreciate that it integrates so well with Social, SEO, etc. Best Reviews program I have found.

I have only had the app for less than 24 hours and already received 7 positive reviews from our customers. I was having trouble installing the widget on my own, but Josephine was super helpful. She installed everything including adding reviews to my collection page. Now our site looks even more credible. Love this all and the quick and professional customer service! Thanks Josephine!

I've just started using the Yotpo App and was struggling with code and had some social questions. Leizel really helped me get the answers I needed and put the code where it needed to be and explained how and why it was in that location.

Just started with the app. waiting to see the effect it will have on our reviews. gave 4 starts because so far so good and customer service were amazing and very responsive. i think prices are very high!

As soon as I started setting up the review system on my shopify account, Yotpo reached out to me via chat and I was able to more easily get up and going. Off to a great start!

Update, I keep trying to get them to resolve the issue of the reviews not populating into the product reviews app. Continue to lose sales because of lack of social proof. App is great when it works and you have a native free shopify theme, however the support speed is lacking. I will update my review once my issues are resolved. For one, there is a discrepancy between the Yotpo orders and actual orders placed in my shopify, I have no way of knowing which orders have been sent emails. I've asked a time sensitive email twice to their support, and have been now waiting over 36 hours for a response. It seems the response time for questions is 24-48 hours, which is rather slow considering orders are being place through our shopify stores at all hours of the day.

GREAT APP! We needed help installing the stars on our collection page - it was done within 5 minutes of contacting chat. Amazing customer service!
