We recently integrated our Yotpo reviews with our website and we are very happy with the resulting page design and functionality. We had excellent customer service (thanks, Anne!) and help with the installation. We would highly recommend Yotpo and their talented team.

I use this app to collect my reviews. When I ran into a problem with my reviews appearing on my website after installing a new theme customer service was amazing. They had me up and running again in amazing turnaround time.

You can't get wrong with Yotpo! Look at all the biggest ecom they all use Yotpo Review. The customer service is amazing, I wanted to make a few changes involving coding and they replied immediately and made the changes. 100% recommend!

We're in the early stages with Yotpo, but their customer service has already surpassed expectations. Friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive. They were able to help us overcome some early obstacles with ease. We're glad to be working with them and look forward to what their service will do for our store.

This app is awesome. I'm using the free version. I needed help with the layout, asked the customer service and they got right back to me and fixed two issues I had right away, they are awesome! Happy I choose this app over others.

Very useful app and very helpful helpdesk, they reply immediately and they are very nice and helpful, they resolved my problem.

I am brand new to the world of e-commerce. I can figure things out on my own, yet I was stumped on an issue and reached out to the help desk to see if they really were as awesome as others are saying. I WAS BLOWN AWAY at how quickly they helped me out and fixed my problem!! Very professional and informative and FAST. I just finished telling my friend about how impressed I am with your service over coffee and she reminded me that I need to get on here and let others know too with my review. She's absolutely right! This app is violating the GDPR. Very sneaky. I installed it and was welcomed by a pop up saying "thank you for installing, we now have access to your customer base and we have the liberty to email them". I had contacted Shopify support and their support thrice and they still have not undone this.

I installed Yotpo on my original Go Daddy shop and when I switched to a Shopify store I was able to transfer all my great customer reviews from the old shop to the new. I am not technically inclined at all to do this myself so I reached out to support. Thank goodness for their help!! Wonderful support team and they made sure I got every last review transferred!

So far so good, have had downloaded for a couple of days. I did come across a few problems setting up due to my lack of understanding the setup process. However, when I reached out for support they came in and were able to target the issue and resolve it. I was shocked at how fast they responded and resolved my issue. Would recommend trying out at least!

Clean review app - Great support that goes out of their way to help with CSS & HTML - A lot of add-ons that drive up pricing, however, reviews are a great consumer confidence builder and it feels worth it at scale.
