Yotpo's customer service is incredible. I recently switched my eCommerce store from Magento to Shopify and the Yotpo customer support team helped make sure it was an easy process to port over the existing review lists.

I just install the app so I can't tell you how it works yet but I had problems with the installation. I reach out the support service and they are amazing! Quick, efficient and very kind. I recommend them!

I have been using this app on all three of my Shopify shops. It is brilliant. Even the free version gives you excellent functionality, and the customer service is second to none.

There are a lot of apps for reviews on this marketplace, and I mostly just selected Yotpo because they had a free plan. I'm glad I did, though, particularly because their support has been so good. Leizel has helped me with several issues, and she's always given prompt, clear and helpful responses (even though I'm not paying them a dime). Based on my experience so far, I'm definitely planning to stick with Yotpo as my business grows and it makes sense to upgrade to their paid plans.

I highly recommend this app easy to use and customer service is amazing. Mary Ann helped me out so much, she helped with with an issue I was having so quickly and she was so polite.

I started using the free version and then upgraded to paid when my store got too much traffic for the free plan. I have upgraded my theme a couple of times and the Yotpo team has been great in helping me modify the code to get ratings exactly where I wanted them, always in less than 24 hours. These guy rock!

The app is great, easy to use, and has loads of options. Their customer is service is fantastic, specifically Jo, he solved all my queries and problems. Defo recommended!

Amazing customer support! The support team was super responsive and got my issue resolved much more quickly and easily than anticipated. It was an issue with how we set things up, so our mistake, not something wrong with the program. Even though we are at the lower end of their subscription options, I was treated like a VIP customer, thanks to Diane. Truly exceptional experience. All SaaS / 3rd party apps should aspire to have this level of quality and capability.

Really good customer service. Quick turnaround time and great professionalism being that i was busy and in a hurry. Very helpful for those of us who aren't completely useless with tech but the word code still strikes fear in the heart. Thanks Bernard everything looks great now!!

I am so happy with this app. Using the free version right now. Had questions about installation. Very responsive and quick response. Day 2 and I am getting reviews on my website. Great app About 6 months in...the emails are being sent out, reviews coming in. I love Chat. Just had one with Danreb and my questions, concerns were handled very nicely. Great job guys at making my job easier.

Eh, personally I don't feel that it's good enough for $30 a month. Yotpo site isn't pretty, and its not very intuitive (they should def hire some UX designers). The one thing they are very good at, is upselling you to pay more for more features.

Be very careful when installing this app. It started sending emails to all of my costumers from 90 days ago til now before I even had customised the email.

A great app with very helpful customer support. They went above and beyond to make sure it was working with my new theme and followed up to confirm. Big companies use them so I felt comfortable choosing Yotpo and they delivered.
