So far this app is working like a charm. I love the look and setup was super easy. I sent 3 emails to support when I upgraded my account and Paulo responded within 10mins. I asked him if he could instal some widgets onto my website and presto without any question the job was done within 5 mins. Thank you Paulo your the best, Update Always receive the best service thx

Caroline helped me migrate my Shopify reviews over to Yotpo very easily. My exported reviews file was incorrect and she showed me where and how to fix it!

The customer support is amazing. Answers and solutions within 30 min.! The app is performing also well. Automated emails are going out without any problems. And if there is a problem, the support team is always helpful!

I really like how Yotpo is easy to use and Yotpo agent Anne had really helped me as well in getting around using the app.

Sheen made it easy for us to upgrade our account to send out more emails per month. Only four stars because we feel the pricing is a bit high.

A star not for the product, but for 1) the FAQ answers I receive at each request to the after-sales service 2) the fact that at each stage I am asked to pay or upgrade my plan. Don't go to this app if you don't have $500 to put in per month.

Does exactly what it advertises for free and offers really great customer service. Josephine E. helped me so much and even stepped into the back end of my store when I was stuck .

Upon downloading this app I requested a few design changes which required code. Diane from support responded within seconds & went back & forth with me for just over an hour until I was satisfied. Absolutely incredible customer service. 11/10 recommend.

Great service that does all the heavy lifting and automation for customer reviews. Technical support helped migrate legacy reviews to a new domain. You could pay way more for a similar service...but why would you?

So far so good with this app. I'm very happy with all its features such as giving coupons for reviews, the social media integration and the carousel looks great on my home page. The customer service is excellent. Mary Ann answered both my queries promptly and helped me resolve my issues. Definitely a weight off my mind being able to chat with someone easily as I'm not always that technical! I'm looking forward to seeing how it helps my business progress. Reviews are such an important aspect of business these days and I'm feeling positive that with Yotpo's features, it will help drive more sales.

The app itself is great, but this review is to talk about the customer service. I dealt with Jo Lorenz earlier today, and he was super helpful in getting the app moved over to a new theme that I had installed. He dealt with my requests to place the carousel in different places on the homepage to see which worked best, and also set up the product page exactly how I wanted.

So far so good! Very helpful team + a great way to collect and display reviews on our site. Excited to see how they perform and how this app helps us grow our eCommerce site.

Still setting it all up, mainly commenting on the customer service. Been on the chat with them a couple times while setting up, they're quick to answer with helpful information. Wish more companies were like that.

Very useful for the marketing of our products. All the reviews can be shared to social media, which is cool. Yotpo is to have a new feature that syncs the reviews on Walmart. We'll leverage it.

This app far exceeds the capabilities of previous review apps we have used. We are very happy with how easy it is to use, and how quickly our issues are resolved. We use it on 4 shopify sites - would recommend!
