Amazing support staff, they are very quick and effective with their response. i struggled with few codes installation Sheen & Arman were very helpful in solving these issue. i upgraded to the growth plan and i already started liking the offered features.

Wow - what customer service from Yotpo and Leizel. I struggle with any coding and the back-end and kindly asked for assistance. I have three major implementations and every time Leizel kindly and quickly did everything for me. Nothing was too much and my website is looking fab now. Would highly recommend and Leizel should win an award for outstanding customer service. thanks so much :)

Yotpo is perfect for gathering reviews for our products. The customer service team are quick and helpful too, and, most recently, Leizel Ann D. in Yotpo Growth Support was quick to respond with great advice.

Wonderful app with great customer service. I was confused about how to input the widget onto my new theme, chatted with Leizel for 15 minutes and it was good to go. Saved me an hour with a programmer and $75, thank you!

Customer service is so much better than most apps you will add on Shopify. They are attentive and will help you install/implement their product without needing a fancy coder or developer. As a small non-profit, this is huge! I'm a "wear many hats" kind of person, and so trying to add one more thing into my website can make me feel dizzy by end of day. Appreciate their willingness to install. Great product, highly recommend.

This app has been great. I wanted to make a small modification to it for when our product reviews were sent, which at first seemed too difficult. But Jo persisted in trying to understand what it was I was after and was able to help me in the end. Really grateful thankyou Yotpo.

I really like Yotpo. I downloaded it last year and love the automations it has to help you get reviews. They make it easy to ask for and capture review. They also allow you to organize them onto your product pages as well. I like that you are able to create review carousels and review pages too. The customer support is also really good too. They have helped me when I did not know how to do something. I just had some issues with duplicated code on my website and they worked with my developer to remove the duplicate code and make sure everything was functioning properly. Their customer service and support is amazing! Update on 9/28/20 - Anne helped me with an issue. I was having trouble removing the Promoted Produces widget. After she helped me determine what to do, she check what was going on and recommended that I clear my browser and cookies. It worked. Thank you Anne

I am using this app to help my store gather reviews from my customers. Every time I have a question about a feature within my store regarding the reviews, YOTPO is on top of it immediately. They know exactly what they are doing and do not waste any of your time!!

I decided to give Yotpo a try after reading all of the positive reviews. I am new to Shopify and I accidentally deleted a very important set of codes and I reached out to Yotpo via the Chat bubble for help. Josephine was very quick and super helpful. The customer service is amazing and I highly recommend this app because of all of the cool widget it offers. My store looks so much more professional now all thanks to Yotpo.

Incredible features but the 5 stars comes from their support. After purchase care is top notch, they quickly resolved an issue I was having. When I say quick, it was within a couple hours at best.

Great app. Very easy to use. When I had an issue I contacted support and they fixed it immediately. It definitely helps with sales. I would definitely recommend it.
