Works fine and easy to install! But it is too expensive. Everything cost, if you would like ratings on your Google Shopping Ads it starts from USD 249/month. Now looking to move over to other apps that are more cost effective. A bit of lack from support also..

Yotpo is cool, but this rating is for Paul specifically. He helped me transfer my reviews from my old website, and I was a pain, but he was patient, kind and helpful. I LOVE YOU, PAUL!

Still getting used to it. However, getting people to actually do reviews by having automatic emails sent out really helps.

Like the free version. Does exactly what we need it to do. Tech support was so fast and helpful when I wasn't happy with where the widgets were coming up. They very quickly went in and made it exactly what I wanted.

The app is ok and ties into Shopify well enough. Yotpo as a service is a good product, its just that Yotpo as a company is awful awful awful. Everything is an upsell, because they practically lie by obstuficating what is available and what is not available. Check out their pricing - most things are in the "premium plan". Well, we have a premium plan, but nothing is every available. I have to write to customer support constantly asking why soemthing isn't working as I followed the support page's instructions. "Only for an annual plan" or "Enterprise plan" or something similar is what I always get. But thats not in the selling documents, thats not in the support documents, its always only in the non specific "premium plan". Good product, priced at the very upper boundaries of tolerable, terrible company.

The customer support team, particularly Caroline & Diane are really knowledgeable & efficient in assisting clients! It really helps save our time & get to the solution quickly. Keep up the good work!

Customer support is great. I initially added to a shopify theme with no issues, but then hired someone to redesign my store. The app was no longer present. Designer wanted to charge me extra for app integrattion, Yotpo support did it for free.

Diane was great and has helped me over and over with any issues I have! I am very happy with the support and the app itself.

This app is amazing for helping to gather reviews. IT offers email functionality so that you can solicit new customers for reviews when they buy, you can even offer a coupon for a completed review. Their tech support was very responsive and even installed code for me. I highly recommend this app!

BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE GAME!!!! and thats all that matters these days when setting up an e-com store, IMO.

This App has been very helpful user friendly, and covers many areas. Support is excelent, and the results are very fast. Really good app to build social validation of our products and services.

Great app, one of the best out there. The higher tier subscriptions are expensive and out of reach for smaller stores. Would love to add ratings to google shopping products but that is out of reach for my shop at the moment. Get this app for great user generated content and reviews!
