First off, I used to HATE Yotpo. I used another sales platform and did not like the way it was difficult for customers to leave reviews. Once we switched to Shopify, Jack from Yotpo reached out and was able to fix the issues and concerns. He pointed me to Josephine E. who did an OUTSTANDING job in transferring my reviews from the other platform to Shopify and the response time was ridiculously fast. She even went above and beyond with helping me put the right information into the spreadsheets. I HIGHLY recommend Yotpo. Their integration was easy enough for me to input codes and I know very little about coding and the changes showed up within hours.

Great app! Been using this app on our site for over a year and we are very satisfied. Today i needed some help setting up my star rating on my collection page and i sent a customer service request and within an hour had a response and what i needed was taken care of immediately. The Yotpo rep i dealt with is Josephine E. Josephine was very helpful, explained everything and made sure what i needed was taken care of quickly. I love good customer service like this, makes me feel confident, that we are with the right company.

Though most of the features are locked and the plans can seem rather expensive at first, it's worth a try. Easy to install, easy to integrate and a first-class customer service. We have been pestering Anne practically on a daily basis for the last four days and she has been extremely helpful and proactive in helping us fix some technical issues. Great job!

The product is fine, but the business model is really annoying. They will nickel and dime you everywhere. Pretty much anything you want to do is going to cost you a lot more than it should. Standard implementation is fine but expect to offer up your first born child if you want to do anything more, like connect other apps.

The standard entry level application is fine but very limited and you can expect a much higher price tag if you have interest in anything beyond the basic and other bells and whistles. Function is good and effective and would be improved with a more simple management of moderately increasing number of orders rather than such big price jumps. Value proposition is very good for entry level for sure. Customer service can be frustrating but has improved I've noticed more so lately.

I had some issues with installing initially that frustrated me. But Mary Ann took care of it and now my site is flawless. Thank you!

The application is very easy to use and does its job very well. I collect the reviews, the emails are automated and I can moderate according to the relevance of the reviews. The customer service is very reactive, I contacted them twice and Josephine kindly helped me with my problem. I highly recommend it!
