Yotpo has definitely helped gather reviews and increase our conversion. Their team is responsive and quick to help navigate you through install and maintenance.

I think this is a great app and the customer service answer the E-mails quickly and are very helpful!

We use this app for our reviews. Period. It works great, customer service is great. I'm not aware of anything better out there. Don't plan on switching or looking either.

We like Yotpo, but the best of the best is its customer service. We were stuck with an issue about our products and Mary Ann at Yotpo really helped us. I used this app to include product reviews in my site. I am not sure if the review widgets made is correctly installed, so I seek help from the Yotpo support. I am very satisfied with their support service, in particular to Ms. Josephine E. Her service is prompt and effective that made me relieved on my concern for installing the review widgets correctly.

They rope you deeper and deeper into an abyss of fees. YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE COLOUR OF YOUR BUTTON IN YOUR EMAIL without the Email Template Editor, which is only available on Premium Plans. We were paying $299/month and we could not change the colour of an email button?? The support is good, but you have to stay on them. They tried to blame my theme for some issues when the theme was Testament, a pretty major theme on Shopify. I stuck to my guns and eventually got some CSS from them that solved my problem. Shogun integration is not as seamless as they say it is, but it does work with some help from support. It's a lot of money, so I expect an easier experience than I've had thus far, and as I've gone into a deeper dive, it seems VERY APPARENT that anything lacking is lacking BY DESIGN! To get you roped into deeper and deeper monthly fees. STAY AWAY! They were once good, they are now GREEDY and terrible. I honestly feel bad for their customer support team.

Just started using Yotpo and have been really impressed with it's functionality. I had to bring existing reviews in from another review app and Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me get reviews imported and styled correctly in my store. Thanks Yotpo!
