Great customer service. I like the emails can be edited. If the review stars can be shown right under each product title will be even better

After trying 6 other review apps, this is the only one that had all the features I was looking for. Their features are phenomenal and their customer service is even better. I highly recommend YOTPO to anyone who needs a full featured review application for their store.

great app! it e-mails the customers for you to write a review!! so thankful it does a lot of work for you. i am not using the coupon system yet but after getting help from the support team and how fast and efficient they were, definitely going to look into furthering my shop with them. thanks again!

Even with the free plan, it is quite powerful and is able to support our business needs. Their customer support is very responsive (even through email) and helped us solve our issues very quickly.

Tech support was great and helped us import our reviews from a prior app through a few difficulties in the process. We chose it because it works with Google, though it is quite expensive strictly as a review collecting app compared to many others.

We love Yotpo! We have used it for a while but I recently had an issue and was working with their customer service department and had a particularly great experience! The person helping me was responsive and developed a great solution for my problem! I am thankful for Bernard :) Thanks again!

I picked Yotpo for its integration with Klaviyo. I received incredible support from two Yotpo folks, Leizel Ann D and Bernard, each working on separate issues I likely had from my clumsy install of competitor code. Over the course of almost a week of rapid back and forth e-mails they fixed all the issues, including some that had nothing to do with Yotpo. This is the very definition of extreme ownership. Just incredible. High recommendation.

This app is awesome! I love that it automatically sends out the review email to customers to follow up. They're customer support is also awesome! They get back super fast and usually take care of things within 24 hours!

So far I'm really liking this app, currently I'm running the free version and its very easy to set up, I did have a little conflict with Shopify's reviews but a quick email to the developers and they sorted it all out for me which is great because I don't want to get involved with any code. Still early days but so far this is the best review app available and I thoroughly recommend it. Juat had another tweak by Diane, great work and all done very quickly

Amazing app and excellent support. I had a question about adding additional functionality to the reviews badge on mobile and they sent me a customized line of code that did exactly what I wanted within minutes!!

We're currently using the free plan, and will upgrade once our order count gets high enough. The widget was relatively easy to install, and automated review request emails really save us a lot of time and effort. We've had a few special requests with which we needed customer support assistance, and the Yotpo support team has always been really quick to respond and help us solve the problem (same day to 1 day turnaround, usually). Would recommend!
