Amazing app and excellent support. I had a question about adding additional functionality to the reviews badge on mobile and they sent me a customized line of code that did exactly what I wanted within minutes!!

I love this app and the customer service!! I had difficulties adding the code to my site bc I wanted it in a particular place and Anne did a great job at making sure the widget was installed properly!

I used this app to improve a lot of things: customer experience, customer acquisition, social proof, and relationships with people who visit our Store. We started out using the free product for a few months, then recently upgraded to the paid plan to charge our growth plans - the results are outstanding and it pays for itself! Love it

Just installed the app. Easily to install. Just had a few small issues to be solved, so contacted the support team. Really great and quick support: so for that reason alone, they already deserve my 5 stars :)

It is friendly and easy to personalize. Fast and effective support team. Anyone can leave a review, not just customers, however there is an option that a review will only appear after manual approval, which makes it safe from spam.

Great work by the Yotpo team, made it easy to transfer over. They moved all of our reviews from our old platform. They provide more tools to reach out customers and ensure they are satisfied.

Yotpo is absolutely great! Used it show off reviews for my Shopify store. Had a couple questions when I was setting everything up and customer service was very quick to respond. They answered my questions and even took care one step for me. I recommend this app to anyone looking to grow there Shopify store!

I was trying to update the display reviews on a checkout page. The app is partially intuitive but a little frustrating. Customer was good, but took me quite a few attempts to get there.

This app has great functionality and met our needs in terms of being able to automatically collect verified reviews and post these on our site and social media. There are lots of resources on their website to install and set up the app but if you have any issues the help desk responds quickly and is very helpful and diligent.

When I was setting up my account I ran into so many questions. I am glad that the live chat support agent was there to help me (late night in my timezone), she was super responsive and helpful. Can't comment on the tool yet but great customer support is hard to find!
