I love Yotpo. They have been very helpful with collecting reviews. I just recently upgraded my plan and i was struggling with code install. I reached out foe help and my rep was so nice and very helpful with the install. I will be reaching out again if i run into anymore issue. I highly recommend this app.

This app is very buggy. It does the job, but not without a good deal of pain. Recently published reviews don't appear readily on the carousel. There's very little customization for what you pay for.

YotPo is a super-weird name, but honestly, it's working really great for us. Now, we did start with the premium plan and it was pretty costly, but we have since moved to Growth 100, then Growth 200, and that seems to be a sweet-spot for where we are at now. YotPo does everything and it's working really nicely for us.

The application is the best of its kind. Very helpful for every business. Very good communication with social media and very good support. Whenever I needed some help, I got it right away

Just like any new app at first, there is a learning curve but once you figure it out, this app has a lot to offer, especially the free version. Another huge plus is the excellent customer service!

Over priced when your orders increase. There's other review apps with the same functionality for 20% of the price.

It works well once configured properly. Needed some support and Bernard handled it promptly and effectively. Love this App so far.

Yotpo has to be the best choice when it comes to reviews. Solid integration. Good support. And more and more other 3rd party apps are starting to play nice with them. If you're reading this, I really wouldn't waste any more time shopping for a review app. Get this one and move on.

Hands down one of the best review apps out there that every shopify store should trial at the least. Apart from the product being so comprehensive, their customer support is also second to none, responses received within 24 hours and on point. Only drawback I'd say is their subscriptions are quite pricey especially when you move up the tiers.

Yotpo has the best support team. I had to import all my existing reviews and the team was very helpful! they answered my questions same day, helped me out quickly and showed me what to do exactly in order to have all the reviews imported correctly. I had a question about Yotpo Reviews and being included in Google Snippets, the in app support is great and quick to respond.

Brilliant app, the customer service Yotpo provide is on another level, always go above and beyond to help with queries. Very happy with this app.

Customer support provided a very quick response and fix to an issue we had, but didn't know how to fix ourselves.

Once again i was super pleased with the help and customer service I received from Yotpo. i was even happier as I got to deal with Diane again for a new client and she greatly helped me with mass amazon review imports and also adding code to a theme which was custom made. Yotpo is without a doubt one of the best apps to integrate with your store and the customer service is even better!
