Best customer support ever! The app is great both for ecommer and for customers. For us was easy to install, the integration with facebook and google works perfect, no need for manual work. For customers is very friendly to write a review and rate. Customer support I got from Junalo was more that I could ask for. Prompt, great ideas and suggestions, immediately execution. Yotpo is the best!

I use Yotpo to have star reviews under my products, however, I do not understand anything from coding and I did not manage to properly install it! Yotpo team resolved my issue for 10 minutes and now everything is working perfectly! Amazing service and I love the app!

We have run into some issues with reviews not automatically publishing and the correct amount of stars/reviews displaying on certain pages of our website but overall happy with the app and their customer service team's quick response time. Anne has recently helped us clarify some things and deserves 5 stars!

I used the Chat function right from my app and Anne knew exactly where to go to fix the problem, she got the widget installed on my theme without hesitation. It looks great! and the service was fast and easy. Thank you

The app is good at what it's supposed to do, but I ran into quite a few bumps when installing it but the customer service chat was really helpful in figuring out my issues and finally I can breathe a sigh of relief that it's working correctly on our site. Two of their support assistants, Junalou and Kate, were super helpful and were able to solve all my problems and support while I added and removed a bunch of backend code that made no sense to me. Yay for it finally working

I am very impressed with this app-- I reached out to customer service to see if I can have my reviews posted on my website and Manny was super helpful and went above and beyond the original question I asked! I was able to add the reviews to my website, and Manny helped me find a color that matched my website! I am super happy with the level of customer support from Manny.

The app is easy to use; however, there are some issues during my experience which I think are not quite convenient. Whenever I want to change the widget's display, it doesn't show immediately even though I select the "immediate update" button. This thing also happens with the auto-publish review (They told me that the review is published within 24 hours, but I thought it's supposed to be posted right after being submitted). Also, there is no "import reviews" part on the app at my end, and that's quite weird, but they did help me input it on the website. In general, the team is really supportive. They helped me to fix those problems quite fast. But if those above issues are fixed, it would give a better experience for users.
