Mary Ann was so helpful in getting me all set up. I wanted the carousel view for my homepage and she set me right up and placed it for me. So also answered all my questions.

We use Yotpo on www.mysupplements.ca the team is always professional, helpful and their product adds a ton of Value. You guys need to give Junalou a Raise also.. always helpful when we need support.

Yotpo's El'van service is fantastic! they answer quickly and to the point. It's a very useful app to work with and generate reviews to your business,

The app is easy to use; however, there are some issues during my experience which I think are not quite convenient. Whenever I want to change the widget's display, it doesn't show immediately even though I select the "immediate update" button. This thing also happens with the auto-publish review (They told me that the review is published within 24 hours, but I thought it's supposed to be posted right after being submitted). Also, there is no "import reviews" part on the app at my end, and that's quite weird, but they did help me input it on the website. In general, the team is really supportive. They helped me to fix those problems quite fast. But if those above issues are fixed, it would give a better experience for users.

I use this app for reviews on our site. Manny in particular has been wonderful to work through support questions with. Helped me move the reviews and style them to exactly how I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!

After using the app for a couple of years, the customer service team has always been extremely nice and capable. My latest help request took two hours to fix with the help of Manny - Yotpo Growth Support Hero - when I alone spent days prior to find a working solution. Great app! I find this app to be super helpful engaging with customers before and after sales. It is a great way to build trust with customers as well, so they can actually see others have enjoyed the product before they buy. Awesome app support too! I had an issue installing my widget and Mary Ann sorted it in minutes!

I'm writing this review to thank Junalou for the support I received today via chat. I asked Junalou a bunch of questions and Junalou stayed with me for over half an hour and patiently answered them all. Highly recommend based on the customer support alone.

The customer support team is amazing! I own a small business and use shopify as a platform, I would like to say this to fellow owners here, try their customer support! They will give you dedicated time and take care of all the hassle for you to satisfy your concerns! I am definitely a fan, specifically Jounalou from support team has gone over for all our needs! I am on the free app for now and testing between Yotpo and Judge.Me. Both are good but I find the ease of using Yotpo is better. I was working on setting up the Star Rating and Gimbert was very helpful in solving it for me. Excellent support and great patience in answering my questions. I recommend the app and the support.

I've just started using the app for reviews and had trouble syncing my orders...Anne manually helped me sync them so we could start sending right away! Excellent customer service.
