I literally was about to delete the app because of some issue and no answer for 5 days. But I wanted to try it one last time and met Eunice and Junalou who were simply the best support! Always friendly and helped me with everything I needed to resolve all my problems. Thank you!

I was having some trouble using the app so i contacted them via chat. Mark was super helpful and he got out of his way to make sure that my problem got solved. I had another chat the next day with James C was very helpful as well. He helped me a lot with my website and also went out of his way in order for my problem to be solved. I had trouble downloading my reviews to import. It kept saying error everytime i tried to import them & Ed was very helpful!

After several months using the app I am getting used to it. I was having a tough time with the DIY but I just used the Help Desk and Junalou was amazing. Helped solve my issue plus made a suggestion which I had completely forgot was something I really wanted to do. Can't wait to see the results.

Got helped to install review widgets on the new store theme, one of the support agents really did a good job to manually install them for me and explained what it's for. In the end, my new store looks professional and neat, thanks for her help.

I purchased a new theme and needed assistance with installing Yotpo to the new theme. James C. was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to complete this for me. I also appreciated that the team has the ability to transfer you to the same Support Agent to continue receiving guidance/support on the same issue when disconnected. It helps to have the same Support Agent through the process! I also had great experience with Radly recently when I was experiencing difficulty with automated review requests. I've been using Yopto reviews for a little under a month now and I absolutely LOVE IT. My store is pretty new so I'm still trying to understand things and just get things right, and the support has been great! They are literally always there and reply in seconds. I'm especially really grateful for Junalou from the support team. I have contacted support before but this time was different because, even after helping me fix what was wrong, this person actually recommended review features I can add to the website and even went ahead to help me implement them. Thank you again, Junalou. You're the best!

A Shopify expert suggested this app. I am liking it so far. App integration set up was so easy to follow, no coder needed. I had sales on a previous platform before Shopify, so I've utilized Yotpo chat support when importing them and for help with other learning curves. The reviews look nice on the page. I feel confident this is going to greatly benefit my business over time.

The first review app I have used with Shopify that was actually user-friendly and didn't slow our site down! Within 2 days reviews have been collected from customers and displayed on our site. The support from Yotpo is excellent as well, getting the answers I needed quickly through the online chat. Junalou was so helpful with the reviews tab and SEO page setup!

I have used Yotpo for multiple businesses. The new and improved customer service is second to none. Gimbert My Support Agent was an immense help. He went above and Beyond.

I was having trouble installing the review seo page and getting a particular button to work. However, both Ann and Ed were a great help. They were efficient and thorough.

Paulo has been amazing! He has been attentive to understand my request and did a great job to fix it. It's a shame we can't tip-off but that was really amazing for my first interaction with the platform. Thanks for the value. Franck
