Gimbert was a great help he solved all my issues I was having and was very patient with me I would recommend this app

I am on the free app for now and testing between Yotpo and Judge.Me. Both are good but I find the ease of using Yotpo is better. I was working on setting up the Star Rating and Gimbert was very helpful in solving it for me. Excellent support and great patience in answering my questions. I recommend the app and the support.

We just added the free version a few weeks ago. But didn't have the time to explore the app, but now that we have it's great. The feature to import reviews is great because those are hard to acquire but I've seen more acquired reviews in a short span of having this app. To top it off they offer exceptional customer support especially Juna who helped resolve my concern in a matter of minutes allowing me to focus on keeping my business running! Will definitely consider adding the premium version soon.

Yotpo seems like a great review platform. In the process of setting it up for my Shopify site the help I got from Gimbert on the support team was excellent and I was able to easily transition from our previous review platform onto Yotpo.

The customer service was SO helpful! I haven't had any experience yet with the app, as we just downloaded it today. But the support agent I talked to was so helpful. I definitely am excited to use this program.

Yotpo is by far the BEST review app that is offered! You can put all of your trust in to Yotpo because they have a great team of dedicated chat support members that will help you solve an issue, answer a question, or fix something no matter how long it takes! I was personally helped by Noren and he was polite, friendly, & quick to help. Thanks Noren & thank you Yotpo!

March 2021: another great experience. We changed our theme and I lost the reviews showing on the product pages. I contacted Yotpo on the chat on a Sunday and Eleen responded immediately and fixed my problem. Great support, thank you Eleen for your help! December 2020: Another awesome support, this time from MaryAnn! November 2019: I want to update my review. If I could give 5 MORE stars, I would. Since I can't, I will explain here why we are so happy. Our reviews were not showing in Google. So I contacted Yotpo support (as well as the app we use for SEO), and ADRIAN from YOTPO replied within a few hours with a very thorough explanation, way above and beyond Yotpo's reach. Adrian did some analysis in Google that pointed out some left over junk from other apps (that we had already removed). He gave me enough information so I could raise the flags with the other vendors. For that reason, I was going to give permission to Adrian to go there and fix what was necessary (even if the problem was not due to Yotpo), but the other vendor stepped in and fixed their mess. I couldn't be happier. As a small business owner, we trust that the apps we put on the store are doing what they are supposed to do, and not causing problems. Not all are like that. I am glad there are professionals like Adrian who know what they are doing and provide support that is second to none. So here are my 10 stars for Yotpo: ********** July 2018 : We installed Yotpo two months ago and we love it. It is easy to use, super helpful for customers to enter reviews and Yotpo support is outstanding. They reply to any and all questions very quickly and the answers are thorough. We couldn't be happier!!!!!

We are just getting started with it, but had a lot of help installing the widget and customer service was excellent.

Manny was great. He helped so much that I am planning to upgrade my plan. Keep it up. He did more than what he was supposed to do

The best thing I ever done was download this app. It’s fantastic. Customer support is very responsive. I had a little issue because I updated my theme and Manny really helped me out. Actually fixed it all for me and done some more. Easy 5 star to give. Thanks again to Manny

When I thought we were done, she even shared a recommendation to help improve my user experience by adding reviews to my catalog page AND walked me through how to install the code! Very pleased with the customer service I received today.

I was trying to get Yotpo set up and had some questions. I wasn't seeing my recent changes live on my website. Junalou with customer service was super fast to respond to my chat and helped me tremendously. I was assured my changes would appear within 24 hours.

I was switching platforms for my Yopto reviews and was so lost and confused. Manny the Support Agent for Yopto helped me tremendously from start to finish. He was super helpful and I greatly appreciate it. Even though these apps are user friendly, they are overwhelming at times.

I wasn't happy with the customer service initially, because of the email response to a problem I experienced. However, I requested escalation and I was was placed on a call with Mary Ann and she took the time to help this Baby Boomer see the value of the YOTPO app. I am impressed and grateful to and for the time she spent with me!
