Yotpo loyalty & rewards is exactly what i need, very useful and easy to understand. Also the customer service is very efficient and helpful.

Installed and created my loyalty programme in a hour, needed some support on getting my page live (as this process wasn't as clear as everything else) and the wonderful Joseph sorted everything in ten minutes. So far, my experience of the app and customer support has been five stars.

I love this app and so do my customers. It's a great way to reward customers for being loyal and repeat customers. It's simple to set up and customer service is great if you need help. The free version offers A LOT!

Rowell was a great help and clearly communicated during my help session. Yotpo has been a fantastic company to work with over the years.

Joseph was insanely fast and very detailed. With his help I was able to customize all 3 of my referral popups in 5 mins. Wish I reached out hours ago!

The support is truly wonderful. Jo has come to my rescue a few times already and I'm sure she will again soon. When she has explained how to do something - the light bulb came on vividly; almost to the point that I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out on my own. Well done Jo!

Their team makes me feel like my question is being well taken care of because the team is willing to spend time investigating the issue.

I use this app for my rewards program and my customers love it! It is easy to set up and customers can check their rewards balance and use points towards free products or discounts. Also the support is great! I just had a small coding issue and used the Chat to contact Joseph C. He was so quick to solve my problem and was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this app!
