The application was like a jungle where I felt lost. I'm a very curious person who likes to search, but despite my research, I wasn't making any progress. I had to contact customer service, and Jeffrey assisted me with step-by-step instructions to help me finish configuring my popups. He was very patient, with an incredible ability to explain. I'm very pleased with the speed of support and the solution he showed me. I find the application's interface very beautiful. Once you get used to it, it becomes much easier. I'd definitely recommend it.
