Just downloaded the app and so far support has been great. Jeffrey T and Djan have been super helpful in providing detailed steps regarding any difficulties I had. Also very easy and fast to get support through their SMSBump Chat Support.

I was having a hard time and had to speak with two different people to finally fix my problem but Keano M was a great help and did the job quickly.

We had some issues with landing in the spam folder and setting everything up, the customer support is very friendly and extemely fast! We talked to John and he helped us a lot in like 5 minutes!
