Setup is quite good. Ability to add predefined responses and ability to respond via whatsapp. It would be nice if the whatsapp messages were prefixed with "from :" or similar, as the messages just appear on my mobile at the moment

Awesome app so far, really helpfull support as well ('Jade' is an awesome help). Really easy to use, and you can change the colours and design quite easily.

Easily customizable and lightweight app. Some Of the options we didn’t need were easily disabled. One small point of work: make the whatsapp chat option more accessible. Thanks for your help and time Nona!

Seems to be a great app so far.. I have not used it extensively yet but im finding it a useful app and friendly helpful staff.
